You can review an Accommodation that you booked through our Platform if you stayed there or if you arrived at the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, please contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we would publish every review we receive, whether positive or negative. However, we won’t display any review that includes or refers to (among other things):

We sometimes show external review scores from other well-known travel websites. We make it clear when we’ve done this.

United StatesThe beds were a little uncomfortable. They need to add more toilet paper in the bathroom based on the quantity of people staying in the specific reservation. The breakfast time should be a little late, since people are on vacation, the hours should be until 10am instead of 9am.
The location was good, close to the main Ica - Plaza de Armas. The breakfast was good. The staff were very friendly and polite.

You can walk to center of Ica. Huacachina is 5-6 soles by tuk tuk. It takes 10 mins by Tuk Tuk. There is a mall near to hotel. Room was clean. Staff was friendly and helpful. Internet was so good. It was good stay. I can choose again if they will improve breakfast. They can add a good quality coffee(medium roasted) and some jams, honey & butter. They need an English menu or English speaking waiter.

United StatesIt is on a noisy street due to being near the city center. If you’re sensitive to noise consider bringing earplugs and eye covers.
This property is close to everything, the area feels safe. 5-10 minute walk to the plaza de armas and the Ica museum. The staff is courteous. Breakfast is delicious although not buffet style, which is fine with me. Yes, they have AC in every room which is great. 15 minutes to La huacachina. Would 100% stay here next time.

NetherlandsThe hotel does not matches the price-quality ratio. The room is small, and there is no hot shower. The receptionist advised running the water for 7 minutes, but it still wasn't warm. After a buggy tour, we had sand everywhere, which was challenging to wash off with a weak stream. The room is extremely hot, reaching 30 degrees. Breakfast was also strange; we were only given the option of a chicken sandwich. Later, others were able to order sandwiches with ham and eggs.
The staff was friendly, and the rooms were okay for one night, but not for longer than that. The location was good, situated on the main road.
