We had bad luck with workers on street and the windows don't seal and you could hear everything. It was to loud.

I had no hot water - it got lukewarm at best. It also advertised a fitness center but had a mostly broken cable machine and an elliptical? Only.

COLD! You cannot control the temperature in the room even though they have a working unit. I had enough blankets but it was still cold when not bundled up in the bed. Shower was low pressure and hot water was limited

The hotel feels very dated. The corridor,, rooms and facilities are smelly. They didn't even provide a complimentary bottle of water. The only small water bottle was in the fridge with alcohol bottles that were chargeable.

The location is very convenient, 10 mins walk to the Miraflores downtown, and 10 mins walk steps down stairs to the beach. The hotel is comfortable, the staff are friendly and willing to help you as much as they can. They even packed me a sandwich and coffee at 4.30am for my early morning trip to Huacachina oasis and Paracas. The regular morning breakfast was also hearty served at the table.

Sadly totally outwith their control but the hotel behind has an outdoor courtyard which has loud music and parties at the weekends so pretty noisy in the biggest rooms (508). The hotel was fully booked the first night but they offered to move us the following night. Shame about the drab carpets throughout - some fresh carpets and a splash of colour could make a big difference to the place.

Comfy beds, nice spacious rooms and good bath with shower. Clean, well located and good price. And cute rooftop pool! Decent breakfast.

First room didn't have a window, but the staff helped us to change rooms, so no problem.

It is a very outdated hotel, especially the bathroom and the lift. The pool is tiny, in the photos it looked far better. The cleanliness of the room and the pool. The check-in from 14:00 seemed exaggerated to me.

The Hotel is older and could used some updating, such as flooring in the hallways, paint and maybe even windows. Would make this Hotel a 10 out of 10. The Rooftop Pool area could use some Umbrellas. There is not sun protection, so it's not a place to spend time other then just soaking in the water, which was nice.

Basic but good breakfast included. Staff is very friendly, room was nice. I stayed in the Junior Suite. Very Comfortable. The Pool is small, but was nice and clean and you get a little bit of an ocean view.

The staff weren’t very knowledgeable about some of the areas worth seeing/eating at. The tv didn’t work. There wasn’t a mini conditioner in the bathroom (only shampoo) The air conditioner remote was missing and we had to call to get a new one. The phone at the pool didn’t work to reception. The restaurant on site didn’t have most of what was on the menu- including water without gas.
