A bit uphill from the square which is a little challenge thanks to the altitude. But you need to practise for all the trips :)

Lovely hotel near the main square. Room was modern, clean and comfortable. Hot shower, strong wifi. Breakfast was ok. Coca tea available whole day. They even pack a light breakfast for our trip.

More than cottage, warm and comfortable atmosphere with friendly staffs. 10 minutes by walk to center of heritage, and nice view from dinning room. Great hospitality from family run accommodation.

The staff was extremely polite, helping whenever possible. Breakfast was exceptional, with a variety of fresh fruits, eggs, granola and cereal, fruit juice. We had a very spacious downstairs room with very comfortable bed and simple but nice decoration.

the walk up to property from the main plaza is steep. so a challenge in the altitude for some in the group. However, taxi’s were cheap to use to get up the hill. There are a lot of Clubs at the end of the street 6 pm - 6 am so the sound carries at night

To get to our room, had to go up stairs then down stairs then up stairs again… not ideal for first day in Cusco. But otherwise everything else was lovely

We were leaving early for our trips and that's why we asked for a package instead of breakfast. Unfortunately, in our opinion, this package did not correspond to the price of the breakfast and consisted of a dry sandwich with one slice of salami. I think it can be prepared effectively, it unnecessarily spoils the overall impression of the otherwise very willing staff.

A beautiful hotel in a really nice place, a few meters from the main square. Great panoramic view of Cusco directly from the room, very nice staff, comfortable but a little cramped room next to the bed, very clean environment and excellent care. We really appreciated being able to keep our luggage while we visited Machu Picchu and after so we could prepare for our next trip around South America and wait at the hotel for the night bus departure. Thank you again. Despite the small shortcomings that can be survived, we would choose this hotel again, we highly recommend it. Today, after completing a large part of the journey in South America, we really confirm it.

There are a lot of stairs to get around the rooms so this place may not suit someone less mobile but was not a problem for us.

Great location close to the historical centre. Staff were excellent - helpful and kind. We were able to leave our luggage while trekking. Breakfast was good but we had early starts for tours so we didn’t get to take advantage of this inclusion - they do offer a snack pack if you have to leave early.

Rooms were a little basic, but probably consistent with historic nature of the property. Could have better blinds to keep light out. Floors above and next to rooms were wooden so creaked a lot whenever anyone was walking on them, which could annoy light sleepers.

Great location, minute from main square. Nice breakfast with amazing view of city. Friendly staff. Old world charm.

The location is amazing however the hill you walk up to get to the location can take it out of you if you're not used to the altitude yet.

The view was amazing along with the daily complimentary breakfast. The rooms are spacious and clean.

Noise proof isn’t the best as you can easily hear people walking past by the corridor, but as this isn’t a big hostel and not many people walk around. It wasn’t a big issue for us.

It’s located at a great distance to the main square although you need to climb a bit. Still easily manageable for us. Staffs are very friendly and helpful. Our room no.7 is very clean and with a nice view overlooking the city.

It was a little noisy in the mornings and evenings with people walking on floorboards in the rooms above and hallways through the doors. But very minor and not an issue in an otherwise quiet hotel.

It was in a great location, very safe, cosy and easy to check-in/out. We stayed before and after doing the Inca trail and the staff were very helpful storing bags and organising airport transport. Included breakfast was good and the hotel was quiet. 24hr reception was helpful too as most hikes and tours leave very early.

Was a little noisy through the floors above and under the doors but the hotel was quiet so only a very small qualm.

The hotel is in such a good location and the room was clean and cosy. We had a nice view over the city and felt very safe. The beds were comfortable enough and the shower was nice. The staff were super helpful with leaving bags whilst we did the Inca trail and organising airport transport (20soles). Included breakfast was great.

We are 65 yrs old we had a hard time navigating the steps up and down to our charming 3 separate beds which we love just the steps was challenging for us old unfit ladies

It was a charming place and the lady who cooks the eggs is wonderful this whole trip the only one who ask us how we like our eggs cook! As simple as that it made my days!
