Each review score is between 1-10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. We are currently testing a weighted review system in Malta, Iceland, Australia, Greece, Brazil and North Carolina. For properties in these regions, the more recent the review, the bigger the impact on the total review score calculation. You can review an Accommodation that you booked through our Platform if you stayed there or if you arrived at the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, please contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we would publish every review we receive, whether positive or negative. However, we won’t display any review that includes or refers to (among other things):
To make sure reviews are relevant, we may only accept reviews that are submitted within 3 months of checking out, and we may stop showing reviews once they’re 36 months old – or if the Accommodation has a change of ownership.

PanamaI didn't mind, but be aware that you have to take stairs. There is no elevator.
Small hotel close enough to the main sights, but far enough from the noise. It is a very basic, but comfortable place. Since I didn't spend much time here, I can say that it's a good choice for travelers wanting a place to rest. They provide a light to go breakfast if you have to leave early in the morning (bread, juice, fruit). They also provided free storage for my luggage when I checked out.

United StatesThe shower heater in our room was broken and the shower was only half warm. Our room was above the front door so it shook with big bangs whenever someone came or went below. The pillows were rock solid - but importantly the beds were comfy and lots of blankets provided. There was lots of street noise including sirens and a crying baby - however this all died down by bedtime and the street was quiet all night.
Amazing friendly helpful staff. The room wasn’t right for us as it was a bit more of a budget feel than we were expecting, but we were able to work with the staff to find a solution in our case which we were very satisfied with, and the rooms were clean and great for the budget traveler. They let us store our bags and use wifi. Breakfast was simple, but filling. Great for a cost conscious traveler.

United KingdomI was rather unhappy in that the hotel room and the hotel I stayed in general had mostly felt cold throughout my time there especially in the mornings. For example, their was no heating or radiators inside my room, had to request for a portable heater and for extra bed blankets to be supplied. The restaurant downstairs in where breakfast was severed also felt cold. In the bathroom both the sink and shower only had cold water for most of the time. I was only able to use warm water in the shower when getting up early.
The location of the hotel was ideal as it was within close proximity to the centre of Cusco, within walking distance. The staff at the hotel were always friendly and willing to help with any situation and did not hesitate when asking for assistance. The quality of the breakfast was adequate enough with a fair variety available to choose from. The food was freshly cooked.

CanadaWalls made of paper. Could hear every word from the next doors and up above. To make things worse , the kitchen down below starts 6am and could hear them making breakfast and talking. Barely got any goodnight sleep.

Abkhazia, Georgianothing! is a very old hotel and dirty, not worth it the price I rather had paid a bit more extra in another place, the bedsheets were dirty and with hair from another guest, the hotel is old and had mug all over the toilet, there is no ventilation in the bedroom, the smells once you enter the hotel building is really bad smells like Mug, old drains and the rooms have no proper ventilation I never felt safe in a case of an emergency or earthquake.
only the location was great, the 2 staff male helpers were great the lady in the front desk working in the afternoon was rude!

BelgiumRooms not very clean: hairs on the pillows, sheets not changed.... Finally the third room checked was acceptable (but for the shower....). No enough water in the shower. Internet not working (several points of access with different passwords, but none working).
Really nice and helpful staff. Good information for visiting the city. Very nice to solve the problems with water in the shower and the lack of cleanness of the rooms.
