The apartment area is shared by owners/renters and the unit behind us had a big dog they let go loose. It defecated by our apartment, came up to our dog who was on a leash (luckily our dog is friendly) and swam in the pool and was play biting/scratching at my partner.

Facilities and grounds were very clean. Staff went above and beyond in every aspect - they were exceptional. They were very friendly and hospitable. The swimming pools were clean. The 2 bedroom apartment was a perfect size for 4 people and the kitchen had everything we needed. The view from the unit was beautiful. We were extremely happy with the location. It's at the quiet end of the beach.

Location is fantastic in playa venao but not in the middle of everything.. so you get both quiet zone as eel as 8 min walk to all the restaurants and interesting points in venao. The facility itself was super convenient and right in the beach, fantastic !

The American breakfast is not that great, but there are many nice breakfast places near by.

It’s our most loved place in Panama, we just came back for the second time. It’s like a peace of paradise !

Restaurant food is good, but staff have difficulty with English (and my Spanish is not good) -- orders and requests very mixed up. Hard copy of menus would be a big help and solve more than one problem. The lady in charge is great -- accommodating and gracious.

Beautiful view of the playa venao . Enjoyed the pool and watching the diving pelicans. There is very professional staff . Easy walk on the beach to town. Enjoyed a taste of carnival . Good food

We had a few bugs in our room sadly but only saw them on one night and was able to get rid of them. Maybe spraying the room each day would help keep them away?

The pool was so relaxing and there was plenty of seating around the pool. The beach was right on the property and was so quiet and secluded. There were lots of wildlife around the hotel and the food was very good. The checkout experience was smooth and easy.

I was in the ground floor. Neighbors int he first floor were very busy those days. I guess there were kids running in the night.

Very quiet place and a nice view, front beach. Pool was also quiet and warm. Apartment well equiped and very cozy.

Everything was amazing. Our room was steps away from the beach and the beach was quiet and peaceful. The staff was courteous and friendly. We were able to totally relax and enjoy our stay.

Our kid’s room was with 2 full beds. I would love if the bed will be Queen as we have 4 kids and the bed was small for 2. Would also love it if there will be a bit of light at night when walking to the center on the beach. Our room had see view but also the restaurant table just in front of it, so we couldn’t really open a curtain. Would also like if they had beach towels and a safe

Room little bit outdated, AC noisy, one of the bed light broken, the chest of drawers smelled like sigars and no path from balcony to pool (sandy feet and flipflops all the time)

The pool near the condos was extremely warm - not very refreshing but big enough for a work out if the water had been cooler.

We upgraded to a 2 BR condo since the king room was not what we were hoping for. The condo was fabulous - the beach was top notch. We enjoyed taking out the kayaks and swimming in the ocean as well as walking the beach. Staff was friendly and accommodating at all times. Loved the restaurant being open all day/evening.
