Not related to the hotel, its just sometimes the nearby street can be noisy for few minutes. But the noise soon disappear, this is Panama for you with its amusing street music.

Great value for money, near train station. Aircondition is ok. Close to a major supermarket. Taxis are every where. I have stayed at this hotel more than 5 times. Recommended for the price.

The hotel was basic, but we literally only booked it to sleep in before our bus early the next morning.

Room was comfortable but nothing too fancy. The room included an en suite bathroom. Very close to the bus station so excellent for those early morning buses.

The accommodation served its purpose. Good for a short stay before traveling to Bocas del Toro.

The hotel advertises free transportation, but in fact, the service is not currently offered.

If your first proprietary is the budget, this is the hotel. Good Location (cheap area) and price! 1min from subway station. Of course quality is not high, location is not in high standard... Suitable for the person who want to maximize cut their budget....

Add a small microwave to make it excellent, but I did not ask for it, may be they could have provided it. But it did not bother me.

I have stayed here more than 4 times. Was here in 2019, 2021 and 2022. Good location, close to Macdonalds, a lot of local foods and restaurants and 5 minutes walk to Metro Lotteria station. It is value for money if you are on budget. Most of the rooms I used have a reading table for me to work on my laptop and a small fridge to store food. Helpful reception as well.

Double glaze the window near the main high street to reduce the noise level.

Location is fantastic, close to a lot of food centre. 5 minutes to metro station. Good value for money. This is my third time at the hotel.

Staff are really not into customer service. Never saw a cleaner. Wouldn't supply a cup so I could make tea, instead charged me 50c for Styrofoam.

We could only use the cups of the hotel in the lobby, to take them to the room we has to pay $0,25 for a plastic cup.

It was near the new part of the city and the best fast food restaurants, the price was fair for Panama City and the staff was friendly.

The place was crumped, AC was from the previous century and the noise kept awake for 3 nights. The room is a tiny pod with zero oxygen inside. Window is literally nonexistent.

I chose the place for a free airport shuttle service that doesn't exist. They have no such offer in reality Some electrical outlets didn't work in the room. There was no trash bin in the room.

Location is good, room is value for money and bed is ok. The window air-condition works very well. I have used the hotel many times and recommended it for the price.

I woke up at night because I had 2 cockroaches in my bed!!! After telling the staff I could change the room but also in the new room I got, there was a huge cockroach. Also the staff was super rude and not helpful at all. After this night I wanted to cancel for the next night that I booked but they don’t refund you under any circumstances. Very bad service! Also the area is not the safest. There is a lot of prostitution going on around the hotel. Be smarter than me and don’t stay there!

Generally Panama can look noisy for Europeans, so the hotel should consider double-glazing some of the windows

Location is good, close to major supermarket, many food stalls around. Room is neat and bed is ok. There is reading table so that you can work/read in the room. Excellent for the price. This is my third and extended stays. Minutes walk to the Metro underground.
