We have people and automated systems that specialize in detecting fake reviews submitted to our platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team so that our fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we'd publish every review we get, positive and negative. However, we won’t display any reviews that include or refer to (among other things):

Sometimes we show external review scores from other well-known travel websites, but make it clear when we do this.

United States of AmericaEarly arrival was not as easily accommodated as we had been led to believe. Uber easily finds PH Quarter Marbella, but not street address. I wish the pool was open a little later and that you could enjoy a glass of wine on the deck. Apartment is set up for short term visitors, with minimal kitchen utensils. We had a hard time trying to get hot water in the showers (instant on, likely, but we couldn't find the switch or instructions. Apartment needs a little attention to cleaning and maintenance. Floors were a little sandy when we got there, and the paint in the master bedroom flaked off where the wall and ceiling met above the bed. Second bedroom is adequate, but not huge. We had no problems with the apartment (other than tepid showers), but others might.
Building was in a great location. Gate staff were friendly and helpful. Apartment layout was perfect for our needs. Deck provided great view of Cityscape and ocean.

CanadaNo WiFi login directions in apartment. Needs a few more kitchen knives and a cutting board. We were told we had an eleveth floor apartment but when we returned at 3pm we were given the 9th floor. The toilet in the bedroom was running on. All small potatoes. The place was great!

RomaniaThe cleaning was horrible, after 30 minutes without socks my feet were black. The rooms had a nasty smell. At the pool were lots of bugs in the morning and the gym was closed 2 days in our 3 days stay. The entire appartment needed some paint since all the walls were scratched of dirty.
The staff and the location are the only good things about this place. The staff was excellent în everyway, they gave us an early checkin, they found us an smaller appartment for late checkout.

Canada* Dirty - pay $40 cleaning fee (for what?) * Main bedroom door - no door latch - could not close door * Toilet seat really loose * Water stain hallway ceiling * Loose faucet main bathroom * No bedside lamps in either bedroom * The roof top patio was the biggest attraction for us - one side was supposed to be open until 11pm but was closed for renovations (no notification at time of booking) * Pool deck closes at 10pm - not sure why? There was no life guard or any staff present, so why did it need to close, especially when the other deck was inaccessible - should have at least left it open until 11pm to make up for the other side being closed We also forgot towels in the dryer when we checked out. We went back to retrieve them and we’e told we needed to file a claim. We explained that we were leaving the city and would not be returning. Had to push them to contact their cleaning staff to retrieve them, they then made us wait as no one would be bringing them down until they were done cleaning the room and they wouldn’t let us in to get them from the cleaning staff ourselves. They then took a photo of the bag with the towels being handed over to us. It was a black garbage bag - could’ve been anything in there so not sure what was the purpose of the photo. Overall, it was very disappointing as it looked like it was once a nice place, and wouldn’t take very much to return it to its original state - some minor repairs and better cleaning staff. We would willingly pay more than the current rate if it was fixed up, but will not be returning again given its current condition.

United States of AmericaWhen we first arrived, there was only one remote to be shared between two air conditioners so if I wanted it a little warmer or cooler at night, I have to get up and disturb my family member to get the remote back. The blinds in the living room were broken. There were no kitchen towels to dry dishes. Only one face towel per bathroom, that would need to be shared between multiple people in the room; not very hygienic. The shower did not have hot water on the first night, and we had to wait until the next day for someone to come by to fix it. One of the bedrooms air conditioners wasn’t working properly that also had to be taken care of. And the dryer wasn’t producing enough hot air to dry clothes. On the last couple of nights, we end up finding roaches in the bathroom so at night we slept with socks on. This last item is not the owners fault, but the restaurant and rooftop bar were not available and it was shut down for renovation two days before we arrived. For 500$ for 4 nights was a good deal for a full apartment but i think next time i will stay in a hotel.
Really is the only thing I liked about the property was the location. It was very convenient to get around. The staff was fairly responsive, but I felt like every day something new came up that I had to reach out to someone to look into or correct.

Czech RepublicI did miss some information in the apartment (FAG) - about pool, wifi password, some local information etc. would be nice. Although there is always someone on WhatsApp ready to answer you any question. Balcony is little tiny and there is no space for seating.
The apartment was cozy and there was everything you need for your stay. We really liked the location - there were many restaurants, shops and overall it looked very neat, nice. We did enjoy also the pool which is on the top of the building and it has lovely views.
