The gym equipment needs to be updated. The couch in the room should be deep cleaned or replaced. Those are the only things I would say should be improved.

The hotel staff were very nice and very attentive. Reception was always ready and able to handle any issue I had. The cleaning staff were very friendly and reliable. The view from the pool on the roof is quite nice. Their location in the El Cangrejo area is very convenient!

No major complaints about anything. Kitchenette could have more plates/utensils, but not a big deal,

Free and safe parking in basement was a great benefit.. Friendly and efficient front desk. Reasonable rates. Useful, large room with table to gather around for discussions. Good wifi. Plenty electrical outlets in easy reach places for device plugin. Excellent restaurants within 5-10 mins walk in any direction. Supermarket down the street.

The heat from the day was a bummer.

Everyone was polite and respectful. The Hotel was cleaned every day. They are like little kitchen -nets, and had a stove, refrigerator, and a sink all in your room. The stores were just 2or3 hundred feet away from hotel so everything was right there.

The Internet was unstable at times The maintenance of the elevator in the middle of the day was not very appropriate There is literally no view whatsoever from the one window in the room

The sofa was old and a bit musty. The chairs were old as well, the fabric didn't look very clean. We solved it by laying towels down, but it would've been nice if they were more updated. The bathroom had a bit of mold, which is typical in the tropics, but made worse because the bathroom fan wouldn't turn on. The rest of the room was very clean, as were the towels and linens. The kitchen had just enough to work with, but needed a spatula and another set of plates/cups/utensils/bowls. The view out the window was into the alley behind the building, but at least there was a tree blocking most of the bad view. The bed only had 2 top sheets, no blanket, and with AC it was hard to get to a comfortable sleeping temperature.

Staff was friendly. It had a full kitchen which was helpful for a longer stay. Nice set up with a table and chairs by the kitchen. The housekeeping folks did a great job cleaning what they could. Wifi worked great.

Would have paid extra for the convenience of basics of tea/coffee/milk etc to be available in the kitchenette. Did not check if it was available to order in, however. They could make it an optional add-on at check-in.

Excellent and efficient check in. Front desk very professional. Nice spacious rooms, easy for small meetings around the dining table. Appreciated the secure off-street parking in their private garage.

There were some dishes and a pot and pan, but no kitchen clothes or paper towels in the kitchenette. The sprayer beside the toilet was broken.

The room was large and the full-sized fridge was helpful. The cleaning staff were helpful and efficient. The location was a bit outside of central tourist attractions, but an uber for $8 USD would get you to some nice places.

Unfortunately the gym, though having all the necessary equipment, some of the machines were broken and unusable. I shower cold as well but the shower would always turn hot. Furthermore the environment was a bit noisy.

Excellent location with a roomy, fully equipped studio suite. The staff was friendly and helpful. There is a gym present with plenty of weights to stay active, the rooftop pool is also. A nice getaway with a stunning view. It’s very easy to get to where you want to go since taxis, subway, but also stores restaurants are all walking distance.

I didn't have a good view on my next visit I would like a room facing the street

The couch and curtains in room 410 smell bad. They gave me allergies. They must be cleaned more often or at least spray some lysol on them.

The bathroom was so narrow the door could not fully open; the kitchen had about 1/2 of the common items in it that we generally use while travelling (didn't have can opener, for example). Only one laundry room on top floor & was coin operated; no machine provided on site to purchase laundry supplies if needed for one or two loads. Patio was essentially unusable because it was overlooking other buildings (not street-facing) and outside air conditioners made it too loud and hot to be a nice place to eat. Door to patio was almost impossible to re-lock; door was not well-aligned to frame.

The room was huge with an equally large patio area. Patio had a table and chair set for an alternative eating area. Double beds were comfortable and the wifi was reliable. Lots of storage areas around the room so clothes and personal belongings were easily accessible (& out of sight) after unpacking. Table and chairs close to the kitchen area and nice desk for working. Daily room service was a nice surprise. When asked, we were quickly provided an adequate number of hangers and more towels. This was a very pleasant room with amenities for the price point and would consider staying here again but for a shorter visit.

Air conditioner. The A/C in room 307 is an old R22 refrigerant unit. It makes a lot of noise and cooling is inconsistent. Its a good idea to replace it with a modern unit.

The fact that some updating needs to be done to this property to bring it up to the standards of comparable price hotels in the area that is also much nicer in comparison

I like this hotel and it's location...very convenient for all my needs, I especially like that they can set up a pickup from the airport to hotel with notice, and someone is there waiting on you, you feel so VIP when you exit the doors..with drivers well presented appearances....also clean, nice and comfortable vehicles My stay was split...I checked back in couple days after checking out, but this time my new assigned room was not as nice as the first...maintenence issues needs to be carried out...simple things like wiping surfaces, soap scum on shower doors and all around unkept room needs some care, pillows not suitable for sleeping on and needs to be changed out. Staff as usual...very accommodating and helpful and stored my luggage without any problems for my return, they're always willing to help. Underground parking is located on site, online app drivers along with taxis are available, which the staff can arrange for you, guests laundromat is very convenient with washers and dryers...all around nice property.

Noisy room extractor fan, some areas of my room could do with some much needed maintenance, maybe not the hotels fault, but the smell of outside with piled up garbage on the street of every other business, somehow felt like the smell was transferred into the room, maybe some airfreshners or something during housekeeping duties could help as I'm aware it's in downtown and next to numerous restaurants.

This property is ideally situated to everything you need, shops, restaurants/bars, banks and my absolute favorite the metro...all within walking distance, from this location you can take the metro directly to Albrook mall and back on Iglesias del Carmen My room was quite comfortable and spacious with a self catering kitchenette with stainless steel appliances, living and dining room furniture, king sized bed with comfortable linens, nice big shower with good pressure and plenty of storage space The amenities includes a safe for valuables, a convenient laundry room for guests to do laundry, a nice rooftop pool with views and airport pickup on request Staff was welcoming and accommodating and help me in many ways to navigate the city of Panama...special mentioned of Isabella with her lovely smile and always willing to help, Chela with her pleasant and professional attitude, they all made me feel welcomed and would definitely consider this property for a future stay.
