Each review score is between 1-10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. We are currently testing a weighted review system in Malta, Iceland, Australia, Greece, Brazil and North Carolina. You can review an Accommodation that you booked through our Platform if you stayed there or if you arrived at the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, please contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.

We sometimes show external review scores from other well-known travel websites. We make it clear when we’ve done this.

United KingdomThe rooms and some facilities are feeling the wear and tear BUT, they were clean, well appointed, plenty of storage , the aircon was easily adjustable and the showers very powerful. The downstairs rooms had little gardens which would have been lovely.
Excellent staff, very accommodating for anything we requested and particularly for our dietary requirements and providing full breakfast lunch and dinner despite it being Ramadan, big warm pool which my sons loved, Iftar on the beach. Able to walk directly on to the beach, plenty of parking.

SwitzerlandWith little kids we had to be very careful about big deep holes in the floor and the slide of the playground was dangerous because it was broken (we made the staff aware and they were fixing it when we left). It is really outside the city so a car or taxi drive is needed for anything. Also the personnal couldn't inform us about a very famous touristic destination nearby (Ayn Koor). We found it a little too expensive for the service.
The room was super big and clean, we were glad to be at the opposite of the attraction park for not being disturbed by the noise. The swimming pool was huge and very clean, but kids under 6 were not allowed in it (on the rules). The restaurant was good, breakfast varied. The beach was just in front of the hotel but the season (July) didn't allow us to swim in the sea (too dangerous with the waves).

United Arab EmiratesRooms are spacious and good for large gamely and peaceful. Kitchen has all amenities for cooking. It saved us lot of money when we cooked our food.
No wifi in the villa, have to walk all the way to reception. Bath rooms taps are rusted and has to replaced. Bath tub damaged and requires replacement. The bath accessories needed to be replaced based on water quality.
