We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.

Great location in a peaceful area. Tui Cottage was comfortable and had everything we needed. Kerry and Jo were really friendly and helpful.

I liked everything, including the owners, they were very communicative and accomodating. Good book to read in the evening, very well equipped kitchen. Felt like I was coming home. Even a few yummy chocolate bars in the fridge, which really made me sleep like a child on holidays.

I loved meeting Jo at the house so she could tell us all about the property and how well situated it was to the local stores etc. The house itself was impeccable! The beds were super comfy and sheets were soooo soft!! It felt like home and I only wish now we had been staying for longer!

New ZealandFab home, good size, lovely big kitchen, great big deck outside and a fully fenced section for our little dog to run & play outside. Jo is a wonderful host who provided us with high & low tides so we could walk along the beach to Moeraki Boulders. A great base to stay and explore the area. Tavern across the road & well stocked supermarket next door to motel. Highly recommend. Will definitely stay again. Thanks so much for our time in Hampden.
