Location and style of the hotel was awesome. Really enjoyed the lounge area and the friendly staff. Complimenatry drinks at happy hour was a great touch, as were the complimentary items in the room. Have stayed at Naumi in Auckland and it was not a nice experience at all!! Glad we tried Queenstown - it made up for the disappointment in Auckland.

Great little gem in the middle of Queenstown centre, located on the hill just close by the gondola, very quiet, with a homey vibe and walking distance to everything. Easy check in/check out experience, staff was very polite and attentive to guests needs, the fireplace in the common room a great addition to the cosy atmosphere, particularly in the late afternoon, where you could enjoy a very generous complementary happy hour alongside the other guests. The room was spotless clean, with a quirky decor and lots of complementary items including toiletry bag, bath salts and shower bomb (to add that extra touch of pampering) snacks, soft drinks and tea/coffee. The outdoor jacuzzi overlooking the Remarkables took the cake, as you could book it for yourself using the allocated time slots sheet. I’ll definitely stay here again next time I’m in Queenstown!

I loved my stay at The Dairy Hotel. Firstly I booked it primarily due to the location, it was great. A short walk to town yet removed enough to be quiet. It is beautifully decorated, super clean, rooms were generous and well appointed. Happy hour was great too, lovely to relax in front of the fire with a local wine with the bonus of being able to socialise with other guests. and all the staff were lovely plus incredibly helpful. I can’t wait for my next stay.

An incredible boutique hotel in the middle of Queenstown. So comfortable and cosy. They haven’t missed any aspect of quality and comfort. The decor is extraordinary and the free happy hour and 24/7 snacks is such a great touch. We had such a great time we didn’t want to leave. The bed was wonderful and the location is perfect.

This is the most stunning, unique hotel. I loved the decor. The fact that it was private was as added bonus. The happy hour was epic. The hotel had the most friendly staff. Super helpful. Loved the parking and location into town.

Perfect location, close enough to all the shops/restaurant but far enough that it wasn’t too loud. Cute room which was perfect for about a week long stay. Staff were also great and responsive to questions in the lead up. Would definitely stay here again.

Great decor, beautiful rooms and communal space. Perfect location for exploring Queenstown and parking on site for a few cars. We loved the happy hour and the free soft drinks and snacks. It was great to meet other guests each evening.

Need a blanket & sheets, not just a duvet on the bed. Lighting in the lounge room is too bright. Need a full length mirror in the room or bathroom. The bathrooms seemed a bit austere compared to the rest of the ambience.
