Each review score is between 1-10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. We are currently testing a weighted review system in Malta, Iceland, Australia, Greece, Brazil and North Carolina. For properties in these regions, the more recent the review, the bigger the impact on the total review score calculation. You can review an Accommodation that you booked through our Platform if you stayed there or if you arrived at the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, please contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we would publish every review we receive, whether positive or negative. However, we won’t display any review that includes or refers to (among other things):
To make sure reviews are relevant, we may only accept reviews that are submitted within 3 months of checking out, and we may stop showing reviews once they’re 36 months old – or if the Accommodation has a change of ownership.
An Accommodation may choose to reply to a review.
When you see multiple reviews, the most recent ones will be at the top, subject to a few other factors (what language a review is in, whether it’s just a rating or contains comments as well, etc.). If you like, you can sort and/or filter them (by time of year, review score, etc.).
We sometimes show external review scores from other well-known travel websites. We make it clear when we’ve done this.

What did I like about the property? I loved the magnificent views. Gold standard for sure. Great location. We had a car so it was easy to get around Queenstown with The Bunker Alpha B as a base. Immaculately clean. Communication with the host was very good. The tough part about staying here, was leaving. We didn’t want to leave. Highly recommend!!

The view was stunning. You would never tire of it. The property was spacious. Very quiet. Easy to keep tidy. BBQ was great on the verandah.

AustraliaKitchen was reasonably well equipped, but a few more bowls / plates would have been great. Only storage in the larger bedroom (with the two single beds) was a shelf. Addition of drawers or a hanging rail would be great.
Location great - one of the reasons I chose it was because of the panoramic view of the lake and The Remarkables. Easy parking on the roof top.

The bunker was such a great place to stay it had everything we needed for a 3 day get away (a couple with a 1 year old). A great place to stay for anyone who appreciates good architecture, beautiful minimal design whilst being very practical. All top spec appliances, fittings and fixtures etc. And the views were unbeatable. I couldn't recommend it more highly.

The ceiling to floor window with the view of Queenstown is the best thing about this place. We stayed here during our wedding day and the host was so nice to give us a wine as a welcome gift. Our photographers/videographers were impressed on how beautiful the apartment is. I also love that they have a complete kitchen and laundry area which made our stay better! love that we can cook a quick breakfast before we head out. Highly recommended for families!
