We have people and automated systems that specialize in detecting fake reviews submitted to our platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team so that our fraud team can investigate.

New ZealandBed mattress wasn't very supportive, might be worth checking how old it is. But it was clean and well dressed.
Unit very clean, warm and contained all you could want. Shower good. Linen was clean, blankets warm, and a very welcome working electric blanket. Appreciated the owner turning the heat pump on ahead of our arrival! Nice and quiet at night.

New ZealandThe only thing that could be better is the shower pressure! It didn't bother me too much but I know it would bother most. So hopefully some new plumbing is in the pipeline! Otherwise the stay was excellent, thank you! 😊
The room was great, the ac unit kept it cozy warm! The owners were lovely. And upon entering, the unit SMELT clean, (and of course looked immaculate) but I havent come across many that I genuinely felt was cleaned thoroughly, will definitely stay here again.

The heat pump was great. Sky Sport meant we could watch the All Blacks in France. Good beds. Nice sofa. Generously sized dining table. Clean and generally well maintained. Overall, the unit was comfortable for our 4 night stay.

New ZealandThe bathroom had a hole in the wall and there were wires hanging out of the main bedroom where a tv had been removed, shower curtain was awkward and no bath mat when exiting shower so floor got wet. One of the kids electric blankets didn’t work and we had to have the soap dispenser filled up as it was empty. We arrived on time but our room hadn’t been luxed - the staff member was very apologetic about this.
Large comfortable bed with electric blankets and crisp clean sheets, great location and affordable for a family. Friendly, welcoming staff.

We had an awkward car park that had to be backed into if there was room otherwise had to knock on neighbours door to get them to move their car. Felt like because we had our dog, we got the dogbox!
The owners were friendly and was allowed to take our dog, at extra cost.

New ZealandQuiet. It's on the main highway but we never heard traffic at all. Comfortable bed. We had advised we would be late arriving and got held up in traffic for an extra half hour. This was no problem to management for which we are grateful. The units are older but fresh and clean with modern decor. Great shower.
