Each review score is between 1-10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. We are currently testing a weighted review system in Malta and Iceland (excluding hotel and vacation rental chains). For properties in these countries, the more recent the review, the bigger the impact on the total review score calculation. You can review an Accommodation that you booked through our Platform if you stayed there or if you arrived at the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, please contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we would publish every review we receive, whether positive or negative. However, we won’t display any review that includes or refers to (among other things):

New ZealandAlthough a good amount of water was running during the shower, it was lacking in some pressure. Struggled with wifi a bit as it took a while to connect. Unfortunately it was a wee bit noisy for us as well as there were other guests who were being quite loud as they walked in the corridor.
The room was amazing, looked really clean and decent sized beds. Bathroom had all the necessary amenities needed and was clean as well. Very friendly staff and fast check in. Felt very bougie!

SingaporeMy booking did not include breakfast but the staff told me it did. So I had breakfast there before my flight. Later at check out another staff wanted to charge me NZ$40 for the breakfast. Fortunately the staff who said breakfast was included admitted he told me so and then they did not charge me. I wouldn't pay NZ$40 for breakfast. The variety was adequate but not great. The pastries were not crispy nor tasty. I noted this as I have had fantastic pastries at most hotels for the trip.
This may be a little farther from the airport but their free shuttle service to the airport was on demand and very convenient. I did not stay at the other hotel which was more expensive but I imagine that it might be noisier, being nearer to the airport. Sudima was quiet and as a bonus there is a Woolsworth supermarket and Spitfire Square with plenty of food options. The room was stylish and modern and luxurious and clean. I had a comfortable night before my flight the next morning.

Located near to the airport. Just directly next door are food establishments as well as a Woolsworth (giant supermarket). But the greatest thing they have is probably the on-demand shuttle service to/from the airport! Just call the hotel and they'll be there in 10 mins to pick you up. Fantastic!
