To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. You can review an accommodation that you booked through our platform if you stayed there, or if you got to the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialize in detecting fake reviews submitted to our platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team so that our fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we'd publish every review we get, positive and negative. However, we won’t display any reviews that include or refer to (among other things):

Sometimes we show external review scores from other well-known travel websites, but make it clear when we do this.

New ZealandIt s was tired not needed some work doing to it the service was a bit slack first day was fine but one day they didn’t even service the room had to go down to reception to ask for supplies they said they had been very busy my husband drop me off at work and didn’t go back to the hotel until round 1pm he saw the cleaners were down the hallway so he didn’t stay in the room long so they had time to do it but they didn’t they came buy at 6 pm after I had gone to the reception to give us towels and the room was very busy with a lot of furniture so not a lot to walk around all so you can here the neighbours when they were in the atrium

Parking was cheaper than most and elevator straight down to the car made everything easy. Clean room, had everything that we needed. Safe and secure accommodation

New ZealandNot like the photo on line, looked a bit more luxurious in the photos than it actually was. We were on the ground floor and couldn't open the curtains due to lack of privacy. Bed was smaller than expected. Shower was very small for my 6ft 3 partner :) The important things were ok ( Clean, quiet, etc) I make it sound like it was terrible, but it wasn't, it was just fine for a night before our flight.

We also felt that the rooms needed a bit of an upgrade. I would think. That quest were a certain standard - I feel this property has not been kept up to standard

New ZealandSpecially booked this property as we thought there was a swimming pool. There was access to a pool but it was not on site. At the beginning of our holiday we had stayed at Quest on Lambton and it was $50 cheaper and a better location.
