One of the best: unobstructed view, spaciousness, modern, spotless, has a unique touch and functional. Picton is a sleepy little town in winter and this accommodation was the highlight of our 3 night trip. Louise was very prompt in responding to any queries and accommodative. Thanks for having us

Found the dining chairs a bit hard and uncomfortable at times and the second bedroom wardrobe did need some drawers of shelves in it. We thought that maybe there were still a few finishing touches to be made. Very small points and would not stop us staying there again. We felt you really needed a car as it is a very steep road to the property.

We thought this property was exceptional. It was larger, newer and more well-appointed than we expected. Carpets, paintwork looked new, as did the renovations in the bathroom, kitchen and laundry. It felt like home for our 6 nights. We particularly loved the home theatre room with its comfy sofas and the gas fireplace with the look-alike logs in it. Kitchen was next level, even though we only made breakfast in it. The view of Picton and the Marlborough Sounds was next level, I doubt there was a better view anywhere in Picton.

Fantastic views over the harbour and ferry terminal. The apartment was very clean and beautifully presented with everything thought about. Loved the cosy tv room with fire in the evenings.

The only negative, is that it is not a property you could access easy without a car.

This apartment was exceptional. Spacious ,modern clean, full kitchen and laundry. The outstanding feature was the magnificent views directly down to the Picton Ferry Terminal. Highly recommend this property.

Not so much didn't like, but would have liked a larger bed as there's plenty of space for one.

The size of the apartment, the views, the facilities, private parking, It's actually better than it looks in the photos.

We loved our stay at the house, provided one of the best views in Picton. It was located close to town, but far enough away to not be bothered by loud sounds or noises. We will definitely look into coming back here in the future.

It is worth noting that the drive/walk up to the property is quite steep if you want to walk in and out of town - whilst it was okay for me in my 20’s, my parents found it a bit challenging. There were also a fair few cobwebs around the property and insects due to the greenery outside. During the summer it was hot in the flat but we kept the windows open and there was a fan. Whilst the main bed was comfy, the spare bed dipped so you ended up rolling into the middle - the mattress likely needs flipping/changing.

Great property with fantastic views - very modern, with a beautiful finish. The fresh flowers upon arrival were a lovely touch. There is plenty of space for 4 people with 3 resting areas (sofa nook, living room and TV room). Great amount of storage if you were staying for a long period. The kitchen is also equipped with everything you need. Worth noting there is only one bathroom and toilet but there are separate so manageable for 4 people staying.

Absolutely no complaints

Pure luxury, the most beautiful apartment we had so far. Stunning views onto Picton and Queen Charlotte Sound. Lots of space, fully equipped kitchen. We especially enjoyed the evenings in front of the fireplace. Just like home.

The place was excellent. The view is amazing, always something to see day and night. A nice 15 minute walk into town and the same to walks up the valley or to the lookout. Could not have asked for better for a nice weekend away.

Wonderfully spacious apartment with fabulous views overlooking Picton! The kitchen was awesome to use for our 3 day Anniversary Retreat and the movie room was a bonus to relax in at night.
