The shower room’s extremely tiny. Loud noise at night on the street. Parking’s very tricky, located on top floor and only about a dozen parking spaces while the hotel at least has 50 rooms so it’s not guaranteed parking and street parking is nearly impossible. We had to leave our car at the hotel and walk to get dinner one night since the parking lot was packed. Lots of graffiti in the parking lot make the place felt messy and unsafe.

Location is good. House keeping’s good. Bed’s comfortable. Staff friendly.

Noise from street was quite loud, especially at night. Pillows were very high and found uncomfortable to sleep on.

Appreciated the large unit with lots of space. Centrally located, off street parking and price was a good price.

No lounge facilities for people like us arriving early from a long flight needing to site down and grab a drink. Good that the room was able to be accessed a little earlier than planned. Thanks.

The hotel was in a great location and very comfortable room. Staff in reception was very friendly and helpful and made us very welcome.

Little things like tissues, a dish cloth in kitchenette and a small cutting knife. The stairwell and outside area was a little grotty with rubbish etc.

We couldn’t watch tv on demand using our own login details for some reason so had to use Netflix which didn’t have the program we wanted. One of the jets on the spa bath didn’t work but really that was all!

The room was nice and large - had a bath as well as shower. Kitchenette very helpful. Sofa bed as well as large bed so didn’t have to share bed with daughter. Warm and quiet - nice outlook from top story - free parking - close to ammenities

I had a slashed shower hose, I complained the next morning, and it was not fixed for the following 2 days, we stayed 3 nights. The clerk at the reception was surprised it was not fixed the following morning, said she will get it done, and when we returned, it was not done, so I didn't ask her the next morning. Also, the parking is a bit problematic, but overall it was fine. Just go over the room and fix stuff *before* guests complain. However, if they do complain, make sure it's actually fixed *after* they do, I'm not the boss...

The location was really good, and the surrounding restaurants made us hungry every time we went out The beds were comfortable and the view was amazing.

Traffic was very loud! Not much sleep. Was a pain to hear the bathroom extractor fan going all the time, even when bathroom door was closed, but ended up opening the door to give better air-flow; very stuffy. Also same with the air-conditioner on, which was needed due to hot stuffy night.

The hotel interior is quite dark and looks dodgy if were to be picky.

Clean and super spacious room with modern decor and even comes with dental kits, which is rarely seen in NZ hospitality, a bonus to that extra. Convenient location.
