Right in the city but wasn't noisy at all. Big studio with good kitchen facilities and nice lounge/balcony area. Close to public transport/shopping/eateries. Staff nice. Would recommend!

There were occasional signs of wear and tear in the apartment. For example, the toilet seat slid when sitting on it, or a few drawers were slightly crooked. But these are really just minor things that I noticed. Since I didn't book any services, I also didn't know where to take the trash.

I had booked a small apartment. From the balcony, I could see the SkyTower. The kitchen had everything you need for cooking: plates and cooking utensils.... There was even a small dishwasher. There was also a washing machine and dryer in the room. The bed was very comfortable, and you could heat the room nicely warm.

Staff were great. First morning before going to conference I let them know my bathroom was missing all 3 lights ( popped bulbs) By the time I returned all three were replaced. Lovely lady at reception was very apologetic and friendly Always great service here and now the only place I stay when going to Auckland. Thanks guys for another enjoyable stay.

The TV had trouble connecting to the Internet, which voided our chances to enjoy Netflix or Youtube. Also thought the balcony would have had its own platform instead of basically being an open window.

The room was very spacious and had everything you needed. The lobby had such a nice feel to it and parking provided was necessary.

Nothing I didn't like. The bathroom shelf was a bit dusty and the towel rails were right by the toilet. Would be more hygenic to have them away from the toilet.

The room was spaceous, the location was great. I liked that I could use Chromecast easily.

A few of the cabinets were needing repair. Shower glass was clean but cloudy with a couple od cracked bathroom tiles. Still very functional, just made the unit look a little tired. A delivery van blocked the entrance, and with very little street parking, this made it difficult to drop of the key after check out and other cars were backed up trying to get in as well.

Fantastic location in the middle of town, very spacious room with lounge, view from our room on the 30th floor was fabulous. The indoor pool were great. Having a gym was good.

Everything is clean, the staff are great! and the parking is so convenient, takes you straight to your room from the parking lot. Definitely helps when you have children + lots of luggage, 10/10 stay.

Being directly opposite swimming pool on 8th floor was quite noisy, would book elsewhere for next time as was there for exam.

Only a few things that impacted a little on overall comfort, (otherwise our stay was great): - There didn’t seem to be an extractor fan in bathroom - There was a drain smell in the kitchenette in the morning and the dishwasher smelt so we didn’t use it. - The ‘city view’ on the balcony had a brick wall blocking most of it - The corridor to the guest rooms smelt weird like the carpets had been recently shampooed and had not dried properly.

Great location, comfy beds, friendly helpful staff, great pool facilities and the shower in room had great water pressure.

The swimming pool was a bit tired and a bit cold. There was no restaurant on the premises. Other than that - no issues.

It was a really pleasant stay. The hotel is good value for money, it has all amenities, including indoor swimming pool. We were on the 30th floor and enjoyed a very nice view from the balcony. Furthermore it's close to the city centre, pier and shops.
