Beautiful view from the unit. The bed was extremely comfortable which rates high on my list as I have had back surgery. Modern unit clean and tidy with a beautiful view.

Jeff was very welcoming and helpful upon arrival, even providing options for dining out for the evening meal. While the apartment is above their home, there is minimal noise, everything was clean and comfortable, and the views were stunning. Great night's sleep.

Loved the view, and the house was amazing such a relaxing place to stay. I have never felt so relaxed and calm in an apartment. Loved the extras added like electric blankets and slippers for after a shower. Loved it so much that one night was long enough and have booked in again for the following weekend. It's truly hard to explain how beautiful, amazing and tidy this apartment is. The owners were also amazing and let us have a later check out time

So much space! I was only staying the one night but could have moved in for a month. The views are stunning and it’s a tiny downhill stroll to the beach. So relaxing.

Parking is a little tricky but then we did have a Ford Ranger Wildtrack! Note there are two flights of stairs to the property but worth it.

Location was perfect. We used to live in Maraetai and wanted to finish our NZ adventure there with the view we had. Apartment is spacious, comfortable and well equipped. The perfect finale.

If I was being fussy I’d say that a dishwasher would be nice, but that’s definately not a deal breaker!

A few 'extras' would have helped us as we'd only just arrived in NZ after a long flight from the UK. Some cooking oil and a cloth so we could wipe down the kitchen surfaces. Otherwise, all excellent.

Spacious and well appointed with great views and easy access to seafront. Ideal, quiet stopping off point out of the city after a long flight. We may well see if it's available in a few weeks when we sadly have to go home. Owners very friendly.

Oh, I do not know where to start. I was so overwhelmed by the beauty of the location. When I finally made it to the property I was in heaven. The pictures DO NOT DO JUSTICE. Soothing colour palettes used all around the house. Amazing, minimalistic, and so tasteful. The blinds are so cool, I have not seen these styles before, if I ever own a house one day, I am definitely going to get blinds like these. I did not know if I wanted to go for a walk along the beach because I was just busy admiring the apartment too much. I even ended up in the toilet mid night, thinking ah I forgot to turn the lights on, and there it was lights right next to my head on the wall, it's so well made and thoughtfully put together. Now that I have stopped gushing about the apartment, the hosts are so lovely. I managed to also get a splinter in my foot. messaged them if I could borrow some tweezers (very typical of me, I have at least 1.5 pounds of toiletries I was carrying but not a single tweezer) I was thinking it was a bit too much to expect when it's a weekend and people have their own schedule. The hostess came by, with a savlon solution, needles, tweezers and a foot spa!! Thank you so much for having me I am surely going to be a regular, so watch out if most of the weekends are booked out.
