The only thing that I didn't like was the strong smell of disinfectant in the room. I'm assuming that smell was preferable to what might have been left behind by the previous guests so I wasn't about to complain.

So long as you know what you're booking - room with sleeping places for 3 people, shared bathroom, fully equipped kitchen and other public areas, minimal crockery in-room with basic chairs and table, perfectly sized fan heater - then you'll be fine. Nothing fancy but if all you need is somewhere clean, warm and dry to sleep, eat and heat food unless you want to use the excellent kitchen facilities, it's perfect. It was clean. The bedding was warm and felt fresh. The bathroom and showers were very clean and ample sufficient.

Transportation, if only the company has a transport would be nice to drop off in town.

Love it, peaceful, clean and has much more space than I needed. I recommend this place for families. Plus there's a dairy shop on the opposite road, good fish and chips and also chicken and chips it's cheap. Loved it

Staff were really helpful and acted really quickly when we had an ant infestation. They moved us to another room straight away, whilst being really apologetic and friendly. Place was quiet, clean and easily accessible.

Did not like the smell of the room when entered the first time. Would suggest leaving the windows open for the room to air before guests arrive.

I really liked the whanau atmosphere. I notice there was access to activities e.g basketball hoops that children had. When travelling its refreshing to see there is an outlet for children to unwind. The Shower Rooms were clean and easily accessible from the cabins. The cabins were clean and tidy.The overnight visit catered to our needs and we were able to relax and sleep well

The wifi is very limited to only 500MB only daily which is not much at all. Some accommodation have no room service included. The bathroom doors have no locks in them.

I liked that there was a pool and playground. It was close to splash planet and a quick drive to the cbd. The room is spacious. There was a big fridge in our room as well which was good for storing food.

It might’ve been a 1 off time for all of these but there was a really strong stench coming from the bathroom/toilet area as soon as we walked in, ALSO the little shelf that the towels and face cloths were on was right next to the toilet which was quite disgusting to see because when people who dont close the lid on the toilet when you flush obviously the spray would go straight onto the shelf and stuff they were sitting on and the stench to go with it wasn’t nice, the soap dispensers kept falling off as well. It smelt like the family motel we stayed in hadn’t been wiped clean eg..the leather lounge suite, tables and benches or moped out because it didn’t have that fresh clean smell that other places usually do (who knows it could’ve been wiped down) and a new lick of paint on the outside would suit the inside of the motel as well.

Good location, we actually loved the short stay, the kids really loved the pool, up stairs and the spa pool, even though we could’ve done with more towels, coz when you add the pool, spa pool and showers, yea it would’ve been nice, but we made do lol

All we heard when we were trying to sleep was a baby screaming next to us and the walls are paper thin

The pool area and playground was awesome for kids. Cooking facilities looked great! Communal areas were clean.
