We got lost because the letter didn't say which floor was the room CV08 room was at (whatever the cvo stood for) We had to ask the cleaner. The headboard was dusty. The bathroom door was faulty that it locked us out and couldn't go in but thanks for the help that came.

Good to be close to all shops, very handy. Nice and quiet. Spacious rooms. Kitchen and bathroom was great.

More subdued lighting, cool light settings are very stark. The constant hum of a fan in the building next door and below our room. Not loud enough to wake you up but very annoying when in the apartment

Lounge furniture not comfortable. Sauepans, only 1 lid between 2 of them that fitted neither, which makes a bit of cooking difficult.

Convenient place to stay near to all things we were going to do. Comfortable beds

The access is a bit tricky once through the door because the lift wouldnt stop on the floor we wanted and didnt light up. We just had to travel up and down before landing on 2nd floor. Once settled we used the back entrance which was convenient (as we were apartment 6) but couldnt get back in after 10pm but nothing in the comms stating that. No biggy. The skylight in the bedroom didnt shut out light (it was broken) so it was really bright (and annoying) in the morning when we wanted to sleep in.

Great location if your keen to eat out. Everything is in walking distance. Surprisingly quiet. The construction next door was fine and within council regs. Everything was clean with comfy beds. Kitchen is well enough equipped. Really nice to have full windows that open with the sun streaming in in the evening, very nice. Overall a great stay and we will be booking again.

Ok here we go unfortunately our keys did open the doors so had to ring head office and had to wait 15 to 20 mins for someone to bring them down . Could do with a better and more comfortable couch and dining room chairs and some bigger water glasses

The beds and pillows EXTREMELY COMFORTABLE TOP MARKS and the shower was so powerful didn’t want to get out .

Very tired inside only one bathroom/toilet which was in the one room as there were five females thought that could have been better. Courtney Place itself is a very run down Part of Wellington in general & not many cafes or restaurants but great for using public transport no staff on sight so it was a real nuisance to have to walk some way to another of their complexes to leave our bags on leaving as we had a late flight to catch & wanted to explore Wellington city without our bags

i thought i was getting 2 single beds and a double but got two double beds and the homeless guy sleeping outside the door (on the street) was a bit unsettling for the children

The arrival information was pretty average. Limited signage and the corridors are long and windy. The place is a bit tired. A curtain rail fell off and the kitchen tap was loose.

The hallways were ice cold (it was winter but colder than outside). The door was a bit tricky to find, but once we found it the first time then it was easy.

Good location, very central and had everything we needed for a short stay as a family of 5. Lots of restaurants and bars nearby, we enjoyed exploring from here. Kitchen is well stocked with plates, bowls, cooking utensils.
