Just on first impressions graffiti on the road entrance , cracked glass on entrance doors we didn't feel it may be a safe area.

It was close to the city shops & restaurants. The staff were very nice & the room was lovely and comfortable with a nice view of the city. Free on site parking was a real plus for us visiting Wellington.

Rooms have been recently "upgraded" and electric blankets have been removed.

Comfortable large old school rooms with enough modernisation to make them practical. Good location with on site parking.

Small details: the broken glass door was probably not a good introduction to the place. It makes it look rough and is a bit offputting. Also, although I appreciate the smart TVs with the option of using our streaming services, sometimes you don't want to faff about with the tech, scanning QR codes, etc and just want to watch a bit of mindless tele. So easy access to the terrestial channels would be great.

A rare find for commuters to Wellington. A central locaton with an allocated space to park your car! That in itself should be enough to convince people. The location is central: a 5 minute walk and you're in Cuba Street. Central Wellington locations like Parliament buildings can be reached on foot within half an hour. That is time you would spend driving around parking buildings and paying premium prices for the privilege: I will just remind people of point 1 again? Central parking in a secure location for free. People love this location for the ferry and I can see why. The acommodation was roomy for an apartment, with a perfectly adequate kitchenette and fantastic bathroom. It was roomy enough that the four of us weren't tripping over one another. With two teen kids, we appreciated the bedroom offering two single beds or them and we were grateful for the room. Our king bed was very comfortable. The views were amazing. Although the room was older, you could not fault the cleanliness and the condition it was in. It was beautifully presented and spotless. Everyone was friendly and welcoming and we were well taken care of. Thank you.

The property was very clean but was looking a little tired from general wear and tear. It would be great to have a mirror close to a power point for hair drying as the power point in the bathroom is just for shavers.

It was fantastic to have a place where we could park our car safely at no extra cost. It was also good to have 2 beds in the one room. We were situated at the back of the property so it was pretty quiet.

Towel hangers in the bathroom were broken.

Fully equipped, comfortable room, with nice bed, big tv, great small kitchen with many appliances. Parking is a big bonus. Within walking distance of the main attractions. Hosts were very accommodating and let us check in early because room was available. Fit our needs exactally.
