Neighbors in adjacent apartment did not read or abide by the noise reduction rules at 2:00 AM.

The property was very convenient to tours, restaurants, and sites. The staff was extremely helpful. Having access to a washer and dryer on site was great.

The only challenge was a lack of air conditioning as it got quite hot and we weren’t there in Summer but there are a number of doors and windows to open.

This property is close enough to Queenstown without being too close which means within a few minutes you are at all the restaurants and bars but without the noise and traffic. We stayed in a penthouse apartment which has a very large balcony looking directly at the mountain range and further down the lake and mountains. Superb view and you can sit outside and enjoy the view. It has car parking which is a plus as there is limited car parking around the town. It has a kitchenette which is all you need and a large double shower.

There is currently some construction going on, so it can get a bit noisy during the day.

Great location and the room has great views of the lake and mountains. Short walking distance to all the restaurants and shops. There is also parking available at the garage, which is very convenient as there is a lift that brings you directly up to your floor. There is a good washing machine and dryer in the apartment.

The location was outstanding. All our friends staying at different locations who visited us said they will book the Waterfront next time.

There was construction work going on, but we had already been notified of this numerous times when booking! It didn’t worry us at all as we were out pretty much all day!!!

The Waterfront is in the perfect position! 2 minute walk into town! Our apartment looked like it had been recently renovated and it was really lovely! Warm and inviting with the perfect view to match!! Clean, cosy and perfect for our family! The bathrooms were clean and updated! The kitchen had everything we needed! Check in staff were friendly and helpful! Having a carpark was a huge bonus too! We would def recommend The Waterfront! And can’t wait to visit again!

Bathroom is very dated but clean and renovations are happening so not an issue. I was excited to find a Nespresso machine in the kitchen ……. but only 1 pod was a bit of a let down.

The location is absolutely perfect- the views are stunning . It is only a couple of minutes walk into all the main shopping, eating and wharf areas so easy without a car. John is very friendly and helpful in the office. Would highly recommend and we will definitely return 🏔️🏔️

We originally asked to switch rooms because the primary window to view the water and mountains was at street level. All the tourists passing could see into our room and I wanted to close the curtains which defeats the purpose. Maybe they could make them one way windows for future guests?

Staff was absolutely phenomenal and handled a last minute request to upgrade after we checked in flawlessly. Made our honeymoon so much better!

Prime location, epic views, comfortable, easy check-in. The stay was a dream! Only 150m from the centre of the action. We will be staying at Water Front when we come to Queenstown again.

The only negative is that the oven did not work. We spoke to reception and they explained something about the timer. Was sorted immediately the next day.

Great location, beautiful views, very spacious apartment, warm and cosy, very well equipped with everything you could possibly want or need, absolutely loved our time spent at the Waterfront apartments, would definitely stay again 😀
