We have people and automated systems that specialize in detecting fake reviews submitted to our platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team so that our fraud team can investigate.

That I was close to Rotorua attractions and eateries as well as grocery stores. Maybe a little rusty for other picky people but my two families and I LOVED our stay here and will return to the Capri anytime I’m in Rotorua. Wonderful staff in front and the cleaners who do a marvellous job at maintaining our rooms, especially with the toddler and children we had.

SingaporeThe floor area near the kitchenette was quite sticky and there were some brownish stains in the spa bath. It would be great if there was a heater in the toilet as it got really cold. Nothing too major as we stayed only for one night :)
Easy check-in and key drop-off process. The room was large and spacious, with our assigned carpark lot in front of our room. There was a heater and air conditioning in the room, which made it easy to regulate the temperature of the room for our comfort. The kitchenette was well stocked and had all the necessary equipment and utensils. We spotted some greenish sediment/stains that couldn't be washed off in the kettle and Morgen promptly explained that it was leftover water minerals stains. He went to get a brand new kettle for us to use without any further questions asked.

AustraliaEntry to the room would benefit from a daily leaf blow or Vac, Autumn time. Although the cat seemed pleased with the kitty litter. Tap over spa leaking quite badly (was dripping hot into the wooden surrounds when I arrived). Just a washer replacement I think. The welcome note explains the reason for the spas auto shut off (noise). but I was still surprised at just how loud it was from the neighbours room. As well as general talking, laughing, and the early showering..
Nice clean room. Fridge/Freeze combo is a rare thing these days. "Love it", As is having access to the Movie channels on Sky. Air Con (quiet) and wall mounted Heater were perfect. Needed both over the 2 days I was there. Comfy bed, Best pillows. They're usually to big and hard for my liking. Extra towels hung in the Kete was a nice touch too. LOVE that it isn't used for emergency housing. Rooms serviced daily ✅️✅️✅️

The property is located a short drive from lots of shops and restaurants and is in a quiet area. Very easy access to attractions in Rotorua. We had booked a studio room however Morgen very kindly gave us a larger room as an upgrade. As a couple travelling with an adult son we were delighted with the extra space. Our rooms were very clean and spacious. We appreciated the milk in the fridge and other amenities provided. The spa bath was lovely and just what we needed after driving for a few hours. Overall we were very happy with our time there and could happily have stayed longer.
