Each review score is between 1-10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. We are currently testing a weighted review system in Malta and Iceland (excluding hotel and vacation rental chains). For properties in these countries, the more recent the review, the bigger the impact on the total review score calculation. You can review an Accommodation that you booked through our Platform if you stayed there or if you arrived at the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, please contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we would publish every review we receive, whether positive or negative. However, we won’t display any review that includes or refers to (among other things):

Our motel unit was equipped for what we needed. The room was clean quiet and comfortable. The bed was great and we slept well. We didn't meet any of the staff due to our late arrival and early departure but all went well with access to our room.

Reasonably close to Bluebridge ferry. Close to road but not that much traffic so slept well, good to have off street parking. Only 50m to Countdown supermarket with a good selection of microwave meals available.

New ZealandVery big crack in hand basin which is very unhygienic and disgusting. Also a very obvious stain on the carpet. Also whatever had been swept up was left under the hand basin. No facilities for washing dishes unless you used the basin with the very disgusting crack in it. Plaster on walls with no attempt to paint over them. Would have been nice to have a rubbish bin in the bathroom and not just in the main room. If you like LUKEWARM SHOWERS then you will be happy. This motel is obviously used fo government support housing. If I had known this I would not have stayed there. VERY OVERPRICED DON"T STAY there.

The fridge still had food in it from the previous occupant, we had to use the small glasses as coffee cups, the bathroom floor hadn't been mopped, and there was someone else's hair on it. The beds were hard and uncomfortable. The door wouldn't lock properly, and it took ages to do it. Finally, the entrance to the motel was a very tight squeeze, and the proprietor said that the fence was often hit into. I could see the damage.

New ZealandCompact, tidy units that a great deal of thought and consideration has gone into. There is a power board in the kitchen with spare plugs, wall plug on either side of the bed so amazing for multiple devices. Bathroom is well equipped and even has a hairdrier which is so handy, plenty of towels, soap and there are even earplugs for the weary traveller looking to zone out from the world. Kitchen is stocked with the basic equipment, cutlery ana utensils, tea, coffee and hot chocolate provided with milk in the fridge which is appreciated when you arrive and looking for a pause moment before venturing out. Bed is comfortable with nice crisp white sheets and an extra blanket and pillow on hand and from top to bottom the entire unit is spotlessly clean and fresh,
