Each review score is between 1-10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.

The staff was prompt and very polite. The location was excellent for my travel stay. Close to alot of hospitality amenities and within a five minute drive to the city centre. Tidy facilities, over all. And a we’ll priced room for two.

New ZealandThe cold water, when poured into a glass out of the kitchenette sink, came out cloudy and mirky, so go back in time 30 mins to pour the glass of water so it's clear for when you wanna drink it. Next, every morning there was condensation all over the windows and getting anything wet that came in contact. The precious lightbulb above the mirror in the bathroom was blown. The heated towel rail's bottom fixing was broken, so the whole thing was swinging round on the piss which was pretty hori. Then the toilet seat was completely cracked as someone before us assumed it was a softclose toilet seat but it slammed down and broke lmao. Room service could've been better, like actually empty the full rubbish bins and give us more toilet paper if you notice one day we're on the last roll instead of us getting halfway thru a crap and realising theres none left and having to ask for more. And providing face cloths would've been nice. Other than that it was algs.
The price was okay for what you get. When we got in, it smelled of chlorine, like the indoor pools. Which I kinda liked tbh. But that only lasted a 20 mins so must have only just been cleaned. Room was of a decent size, beds were algs, kitchen was fine, water pressure in shower was great. the heating was good and had big windows/sliding door for cooling (was quite cold outside at the time). Staff were very friendly at least and it was next to a mall and grocery store. Everyday they bring new towels, bath mat, and hand towels. But that's where everything goes downhill

New ZealandThere was no table to eat at There were no face clothes provided the 1st night and I had to ask for one the second night. Room service really could have been better as in the bathroom I had left the towels and bath mat o tge floor, like said if you wanted them changed . I think a new towel may have been replaced but was not clean. The rubbish bucket was not emptied. TV kept coming up with no connection, even though I got staff both nights ro get it going. I asked them to explain to me, how to use Netflix as I have never used it. I do not think that they understand English. Enough. I feel that even though I was comfortable. I would not stay there again because of the language barrier and some other things I have mentioned 8 Think they need to do some maintenance on the building

AustraliaNot much room around the bed to move. Had to put 2nd suitcase in living area. Couch was not comfortable and looked cheap. There was no tea towel and only 1 cup on arrival although they were happy to supply when asked. The suite was very overpriced for what it provided and comfort wise.

GermanyFrom the pictures I expected a bit more lovely details. For example one picture showed different bottles with shampoo, conditionor etc. But there was only one shampoo. All in all it was not very clean. The room was absolutely not soundproofed. At least, the stay was ok. (Bring ear plugs!)
Pillow was good, everything for dayly use was there. After cleaning it, we used the spa bath. It was the reason why we booked the room.
