Each review score is between 1-10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. We are currently testing a weighted review system in Malta, Iceland, Australia, Greece, Brazil and North Carolina. You can review an Accommodation that you booked through our Platform if you stayed there or if you arrived at the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, please contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we would publish every review we receive, whether positive or negative. However, we won’t display any review that includes or refers to (among other things):

New ZealandWe couldn't work out how to adjust the heating. Wall thermostat in main bedroom started clicking/beeping around 10.30pm. We turned heating right off. Thankfully the unit stayed warm.

New ZealandHair dryer fixed to the electric connection was in dangerous condition… Insulation tape had been wrapped around power cable and cable appeared burnt. Extremely dangerous especially in a bathroom. Also shower nozzle mount was loose and would not support the nozzle. I tighten screw with my screw driver took me 30 seconds. Both these items left a below average impression

We arrived around tea time then had a show so got home late and we vacated at 10am that morning so thankfully we didn’t need to use it a lot.Owner was notified.Must have got overlooked but said they would get it fixed

New ZealandBit confused — I didn’t ask for a quiet room: I asked for a late checkout as I was badly underslept. Latest extension was 11am (from 10am) and one of the staff knocked on my door ahead of that time hoping I’d be able to leave sooner as the new guests had arrived. I was pretty grumpy and said No.
I’ve been there before — late last year. Good location near the mall, and comfortable and clean. Nice staff. I was offered an upgraded room b/c of my BCom status as I was there just one night.
