The property is easily accessible and the staff was very humble and cooperative specially the manager Mr Jai was very helpful & guiding.Breakfast was quite good and even the lunch, dinner was upto my expectations. I would love to stay again .

The hotel staff was exceptionally supportive and ensured that the stay was comfortable! The room was not huge but comfortable, clean and very quiet, despite being in the midst of Thamel. The manager was very friendly and supported with different requests.

There isn't much of a view from the room, but the rooftop restaurant with glass-top provides good food with a (possibly) good atmosphere in the rains.

The hospitality of the entire staff is great. They were very welcoming and helped with any queries, like nearby market, taxi bookings, mailing postcards or even when I shamelessly asked for free cups of their delicious masala chai. I was reluctant at first when reviews mention it, but their breakfast food is indeed very delicious especially the poori bhaji.

I am glad that I stayed in this hotel. It has a great location, on a quiet street. The hotel has a good breakfast, and there is a cafe in the lobby where you can have a delicious coffee with dessert. The room was clean and had a comfortable bed, I slept well. The hotel has a responsive and polite staff. The hotel manager was very helpful, he walked me to the bus stop in the morning, helped me find the bus stop to Pokhara, as it is located in an unclear place. I am very grateful to him for his help. I definitely recommend this hotel. If my path lies through Kathmandu, I will only stay at this hotel.

The breakfast was so good, every day the staff changed the options and all of them were delicious. They had savoury and sweet options, which were always nice. Overall, the staff were super friendly with our group and eager to help us whenever we had trouble. Our stay included a shuttle to the airport, which was amazing. The hotel booked it for us; it was such a great service! I highly recommend this place!

Combined toilet/shower but the water pressure was good.

The location was good, was able to walk to lots of spots around the city, Garden of Dreams, Durbar square. Nearby large variety of cafes, restaurants, galleries.
