Everything was perfect

This was by far the best hotel we stayed in Nepal, and it was like an oasis of tranquility for us. The rooms are fantastic (we had two rooms facing the swimming pool), the beds so comfortable that we couldn't believe it, the food in the restaurant superb, the swimming pool very welcoming, the staff very kind, no noise, good wifi... We were a bit disappointed with the National Park, but just to stay in this hotel for a few nights it was worth the detour.

Awesome place and staff only electricity not working probably and the water from the shower was just a very small jet so difficult/ not possible to take a refreshing shower.

The place is a little run down, which has its best exotic marigold hotel charm but it wouldnt hurt to throw away the dirty carpet in the room that doesnt fit anyway or buy new pool and outside dining furniture.

Very nice staff and good value for 46€ euros a night. Also a little away from the city so nice and quiet and no dogs barking all night like in sauraha main street

The water temperature in the bathroom was very difficult to control, to the point where it was quite dangerous. It was either lukewarm or scalding hot. It’s expensive to book tours here compared to the tour offices in town, but this is to be expected. It’s about 30 minutes walk to town, but the hotel offers transport and it’s cheap to get a tuktuk back.

Free pickup from the bus station was very helpful and a cold welcome drink was a nice touch! The room was beautiful, very clean, and well fitted with all the necessary amenities. The area was stunning and thriving with natural beauty and attracted lots of butterflies. The swimming pool was lovely. Despite what we had read from other reviews, we thought the food was pretty reasonably priced for the area, and also some of the best we have had - absolutely delicious. The staff were very friendly and accommodating.

Needed to get a taxi to go to the riverfront - a bit distant

While checking out accountant in front office denied and argued to bill in my company name. After long argument and discussion, he agreed to issue bill in my company name although I had clearly instruct to issue bill in the company name while booking hotel.

The property has a big swimming pool, but the water was murky. The only filter they has is a tiny portable one that they run once a day for about an hour. They need a real pool pump that they run for hours per day or the water is never going to clear up.

Beautiful setting near Chitwan National Park. Very nice and clean rooms. Very attentive and helpful staff.

The location is very near to Chitwan National park and Elephant breeding center. There is lot of open areas and greenery within this resort. The warm gestures of the staff…Sandy’s..Krishna..Hari… always there to help you. Moreover variety of food and their taste will make your stay as homely and enjoyable.

This was our second stay at this hotel within past 5 years. Everything was great, the villa rooms that we stayed at, the staff, the food at the restaurant, the outdoor pool. For two days that we stayed there we only ate at the hotel restaurant, and everything we ordered was delicious. The hotel staff was extremely friendly and very helpful. Our shower didn’t work properly but the staff reacted immediately and did their best to fix. The manager of food and beverages, Mr. Krishna he was the nicest person we met. Amazing human being. I would highly recommend Hotel Jungle Crown and I would gladly be back again.

Huge room with balcony. Very clean and comfortable. Bathroom with tub. The staff was extremely welcoming, friendly and attentive. Tasty lunchboxes were prepared by the hotel's restaurant for our early morning safari. Recommended.
