Each review score is between 1-10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. We are currently testing a weighted review system in Malta and Iceland (excluding hotel and vacation rental chains). For properties in these countries, the more recent the review, the bigger the impact on the total review score calculation. You can review an Accommodation that you booked through our Platform if you stayed there or if you arrived at the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, please contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we would publish every review we receive, whether positive or negative. However, we won’t display any review that includes or refers to (among other things):

United StatesRestaurant was not open on Sunday and Monday - would have liked to try it on those days, but found great food nearby.
We stayed at 15 hotels over 19 days of travel. The Thon Rosenkrantz was our final stop and was the best of the trip. Room was efficient and well appointed. Breakfast was the best on the trip. Staff was exceptionally helpful - pointing out local restaurants and connections to busses, etc. They checked us in early, were 100% friendly and all seemed genuinely happy to have us staying in their hotel. The restaurant had excellent Italian food for dinner - try the eggplant with prosciutto. Persian restaurant is only 5 minute walk away - great food and friendly service.

The breakfast was excellent, offering an extensive selection of delicious food. The 8th floor lounge had a great view and offered coffee & tea. it would have been nice if wine was available.

Looking for a fun colourful hotel to be your exploration centre in Oslo? I’d pick Thon Rosenkrantz again! Loved the location, helpful friendly staff, fantastic breakfast to start the day, fresh Nespresso coffee when I needed a boost. Most of all I loved the colour & decor - so cheerful even on that cloudy rainy day.

TurkeyThe room temperature was actually good, but we wanted to make it a little warmer, but we couldn't do it, but it sweats so much with the bed and sheets that it's good that we couldn't do it.🙄
The facility was clean, the rooms were spacious. The iron in the room is a nice. The food was varied. There was a variety for everyone. Freshly squeezed orange juice was like a medicine in the rain of Oslo. Great location in the very centre of the city. The staff were polite and the coffee they made for us was very delicious.

Great hotel! Much better than anticipated and we were expecting something reasonably nice. It was a perfect place for our last night in Norway. We would definitely come back here again if we travel back to Oslo (hopefully we will!)
