Only our bathroom was a bit cramped; you couldn't take a shower and then wash your hands or even go to the toilet without getting your feet wet. Because the entrance door to the room and the bathroom door frame kept bumping into each other, as the room was quite narrow, some of the paint was peeling off the door leaf and the door frame.

I loved the staff at the hotel. They were very nice, helpful, friendly, experienced, well trained, and courteous. The breakfast buffet is plentiful, very fresh, local and international with scrambled eggs, fried eggs, waffles, pancakes and delicious sheets, local cheese, fresh fruit and veg etc. Allergies and intolerances such as lactose and gluten are also catered for at the buffet. The room was comfortably furnished, and the beds were very comfortable. I liked the location of the hotel as it was in a central part of the city, close to Slottparken and Slott; the station for metro, tram, train and Flytoget called "Nationalteatret" is about 650 metres away.

There was an issue with the toilet not flushing/continuously flushing, due to a sticky button, it wasn’t remedied by the hotel despite making them aware. Very limited tv channels.

The Breakfast is amazing, and the breakfast staff are so efficient and welcoming, nothing ran out for the whole breakfast period. The room (standard with pull out bed) was huge and very clean, it’s an old building so don’t expect 5 star fittings but we were extremely comfortable. Room cleaned to perfection every day. Central location easy walking distance to centre.

If you are a trouble sleeper, ask for a room not close to the tram. - traffic is noticeable in the room we had. But for us, it was ok.

We had an issue with a room lock. Staff was great in handling it, but it's still annoying to deal with it late in the evening or to ask staff to let us in after breakfast. Otherwise, the entire hotel was kinda worn, a makeover would be nice.

Room itself was ok but very outdated. Lack of sockets next to bedside tables. Bathroom was very small.

There was (a lot of) dog hair under the fold out sofa. Breakfast until 10.30h but at 10.33h everything was already cleaned up. Double bed quit small and too soft.

my room wasn't the best but met my expectations. Also wished location to be closer but i enjoyed the walks too.

The facilites could be improved, the bed was quite uncomfortable and pillows were very bad. The shower would flood, so was quite difficult to shower properly

I booked a room here based on other reviews who commented the vegan breakfast. In general it’s a rich breakfast but not for vegans, there’s only one vegan yoghurt and a vegan cheese but that’s it. You do find something to eat, but don’t expect a rich vegan choice.

Well located small hotel, walking distance to main attractions and close to public transport. Good breakfast hours (7.30-10.30) also during the week.

There was no main light in the room, the shower was very small and inclosed and the toilet was not well positioned. There was also a lot of noise from the trams that go past regularly.
