We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.

United StatesThe family room bunk beds have jutting shelves a short distance from sleepers head and metal guardrails leaning in. Child could easily bruise themselves if they are restless sleepers. Pool needs a reservation time.
While it’s not downtown Trondheim, it’s right next to the airport, a short walk away. It’s got the most amazing breakfast, truly. Never seen so many options! Family room was a tight comfy. Cool lobby.

Hotel located very close to Trondheim Airport, within walking distance. Although little hard to find the correct walkway. Walking directions provided by hotel would be nice. It was pitch dark when I arrived, hence. The hotel is large, comfortable, has rooms with decent space, large TV, bathroom with the basic amenities. The breakfast was free and it was wonderful. A continental breakfast (breakfeast!) as it should be. Delicious. Staff is also friendly.

A fairly big chain hotel half a km from Trondheim airport. All facilities you need for a short stay: fitness rooms, pool, sauna, restaurant, bar etc. Very good breakfast, better selection than most other hotels. Well-equipped and very clean rooms. Good parking facilities just outside hotel and free of charge. All-in-all a very pleasant hotel to stay in when travelling in/out Trondheim,

United KingdomAir conditioning would have been expected at a hotel in this category. Instead it seemed like each room had been given a table fan. It was around 28 degrees (which other hotels usually have no problems coping with). Our rooms were west facing, catching the evening sun, and the one window that could be opened didn't open very much. Due to no air conditioning we ended up keeping the curtains closed during the entire stay, so missing out on what would have been a nice view, and reluctant to switch on lights in case it added to the heat. Neither I nor my parents next door slept well, due to the heat in the room.
The staff were accommodating. The room was very hot but the two plugs by the cabinet where I would have liked to place the fan to guide the hot air towards the window were not working. Front desk provided an extension lead.
