We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.

Czech RepublicThe breakfast coffee is too light for my liking. The one from thermo is a bit better but still quite light.
Pet friendly atmosphere, excellent breakfast, super nice staffs, and convenient location. The room was prepared with 2 bowls for our dog which made us feel they really care and welcome our dog. Our dog felt very happy here which doesn't always happened. Our room had a view over pier and bridge. The location was great for exploring both Lofoten and Vesteralen. We felt Vesteralen is much more pleasant to explore than overcrowded Lofoten. The breakfast offered plenty of choices. The staffs were friendly and helpful. The interior design of the room was stylish and yet functional. A lot of little details were well thought of, especially the lighting design.

Super friendly staff, I made an honest mistake by booking the room for wrong day but the receptionist found a solution for us. It was a great stay, the breakfast was delicious.

Quiet and comfortable. Great air conditioning. Superb breakfast has many choices including make it yourself waffles with 5 different flavors of jams.

Czech RepublicWe were often unable to lock the door when leaving the room. After some time we discovered that we have to lock the room from the inside, then step outside and lock it from the outside. There were multiple bird feces on our (only) window. Since it was impossible to completely open the window I guess it was hard to clean, but it did spoil the view nontheless. We loved the bar and the restaurant, but there were not many options for us to choose from at dinner, as we don’t eat fish. That was a problem because there are not many restaurants nearby. Although the food that we did order at dinner was always very tasty. The rooms are only cleaned when requested one day prior. That goes for changing toilet paper, taking out trash and cleaning the glasses and mugs. I understand that it is not necessary to do the housekeeping every day, but the things I mentioned earlier should be done without a request at least twice a week.
The breakfast was great, there was always plenty to choose from. We also really enjoyed the dinner buffet and the whole look of the hotel, it’s truly beautiful and very modern. The location was great to explore both Vesteralen and Lofoten. The staff were very polite and helpful. We liked the view from our room and the beds were very comfortable.
