Amazing place to stay with incredible mountain views from the top-floor bar, a perfect spot for a morning coffee. The staff were really friendly and welcomed us with a cocktail on arrival. A short walk from the airport for backpackers, with a grocery store across the road and a bus stop right outside with frequent trips into the city. Rooms were extremely clean and modern and was great to have bathroom amenities provided, USB chargers were very handy.

Everything about this hotel was great: the location from the air port (20 minute walk), the service, the break fast and the transport links. Really good value for money. We have even booked to come back next summer.

No tea/ coffee making facility in room. It can get busy with delay in getting your food/ drink in the bar/ restaurant in evenings, may be due to less staff numbers.

Potentially understaffed, the dirty plates built up in the tray returns at breakfast occasionally but nothing ridiculous. Biggest negative, was the water pressure. The taps and showers basically slowed to a drip at times which was incredibly annoying during showers.

Location was good for getting about close to the airport and a 5 minute bus into Tromso. The breakfast was tasty. Staff were friendly and the rooms were clean. Generally a pleasant stay. View from the bar was amazing.

The beds were squeaky and there was a draught in the room, we woke up with stiff necks. The bathroom was cold and also with a draught.

The hotel is very well connected to the airport and to the city center/main attractions by bus. Rooms are big, with all the necessary thing. The rooms are warm and bed very comfortable. Staff is great, very friendly. The best part of the hotel is the rooftop where you can have a drink or few bites with a nice view. Few board games there too and a public pc in case you need to print. Drinks and food great!

The parking is too crowded and the parking places for electric cars were full of non electric cars. Breakfast was not the best but the restaurant had an amazing view.

Location, facilities, view - you name it, Moxy has it. It's one of the best properties in Town. Our visit to Tromso would have been incomplete without staying at Moxy.

Noise from nearby fabrics when window open. Not any bags in the trash (only small bags).

Nice breakfast, and very good ventilation in the room. View from the reception is fantastic, and a really good place just to chill for a drink, coffee or for work. For me an iconic building, and the dark fasade gives gotham city vibes. Would love to stay here again.

Would be helpful if there were allocated carpark lots for the hotel guests as we had to pay for parking. Also, the room is quite small for big luggages.

The hotel was relatively easy to find if you're driving, and there's parking right outside the hotel. The staff gave us free welcome drinks and were able to answer most of the questions we had. It was unfortunate that the weather was terrible when we arrived as the view from the hotel lobby would've been great otherwise.

It's been a long time since I've seen a hotel as good as this Moxy near the airport. There is a reason why the reception is on the 11th floor, because there you have a beautiful view of the airport and the mountains. There is also a roof terrace that is perfect for the evening northern lights (if they are there). The breakfast was great with a lot of choice and small treats. We knew this when booking but you have to drive, take a bus or Uber to get into the main city. Staff were a bit lacklustre in the reception and sometimes weren’t too helpful when asked a question, almost with an attitude of ‘oh that’s a silly question’

Stunning view from the reception and from the mountain facing rooms. Close to the airport and shopping mall so you can pick up snacks, water etc. They also allowed us to keep our bags in reception post check out
