We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.

The location is perfect and breakfast is splendid. We had the Suite 601 and it is a wonderful view to the river.

SwedenSomewhat to my surprise, sound isolation in my room was not the best, and I could hear people in the hallways outside. While my room opened up to a small terrace, this same terrace was also used by the hotel bar / restaurant, and so if people would be sitting outside, they are essentially sitting right outside your room; not ideal in terms of privacy. Lastly, it would have been nice to have a tea kettle or coffee maker in the room so one can have a cup of tea without going to the hotel bar.
Excellent location at the waterside, right in the city center. After navigating the narrow streets to the hotel (which is well signposted), the area opens up to a large promenade and parking area with the hotel at its center. It feels very modern and new, with wide open spaces and ample natural light. Checking in was a breeze, and hotel staff was very helpful in making sure I was parked correctly (motorcycles can park for free, but only in the designated motorcycle area). For late arrivals, the restaurant will be an easy option to still find dinner. While I did not make use of it, breakfast the next morning was excellent, so it seems the hotel has great chefs. My single-person room was small but efficient, with all the right amenities and a more than adequately sized bathroom. Like the rest of the hotel, the room and bathroom were clean and modern, and I had a great nights' rest here. This is a great option for overnight stays while traveling, but would also do very well as a base to explore the beautiful surrounding area.
