Doors to the rooms were quite thin and you needed earplugs to sleep if other quests were up and about after you've gone to bed.

Business idea is great. Service was good, and the room was comfortable. Good location We appreciated that the hotel was a pet friendly one. Room #8's location for a pet family was a great choice. Breakfast and the dinner were awesome

10:30 is extremely early for checking out and earlier than the norm. As I'd been hiking until almost midnight in bad weather, I asked if it could be delayed to 11:30 so I could recover a little. Perhaps my message wasn't read though. A good stay, however, despite no evening meal availability on arrival. Everything else was good.

The noise insulation wasn't good but it didn't bother us too much. The building and rooms were a little dated, but I think the stay was great value for the price!

The room had an amazing view of the water and snow capped mountains nearby! The room was very spacious and clean, and the shower was great. The communal kitchen was well equiped and well organised. Check in and out were straightforward.

Nothing that we could dislike even a bit.

We didn't like this place, we love it!! This place will definitely be our go-to place next time when we are in Lyngen! I believe we have been one of the luckiest guests of this beautiful place. Because, the gentleman Patrik, who is the owner of the place, had his 50th birthday in the evening that we stayed. We found ourselves in the middle of a very welcoming family and friends celebration thanks to Henrika, who invited us in so friendly with a beautiful soul 😊❤️ We had such good time that night that I will never forget it. Literally, it was the best night of our week-travel that I will remember for years. Apart from all these, the staff was super friendly, room was perfect. Definitely, definitely and definitely recommended. And I promise, we will drop by here one day once again 😊 🇳🇴

The hosts are very friendly. When we arrived we were asked for the dinner which we decided to take and felt so happy for our decision. The hotel is located in a very good location and everything you need is in a close area. We will also not forget here because we could see the northern lights from the region. There are many activities also that you can arrange from the hotel. Thank you for your hospitality.

Awesome place where it feels like being home. The hosts were both very kind and of many good advices. The place is simple and cozy, well equiped with everything you might need. The view is fantastic, and the very good surprise was the dinners ! Even though there is a kitchen to cook our own meals, it is really worth at least trying Henrika's and her staff's food. The whole place makes encounters with other travellers easy, and it's ideally located for skiing and seeing northern lights.

Easily accessible with the car or even on foot from the ferry harbour. We met some great people (including the owners) in the common area or in the kitchen while cooking. The room we had was very large and had a great view! We enjoyed our stay and would book again!

My 5th stay here, since 2013 :-) Always nice to be back! Lyngseidet and Lyngen Alps have all you need: amazing nature, mountains, fjords, waterfalls,.. and so lots of opportunities for hiking, skiing, langlauf, mountainbike, fishing,.. and you can get info about all that @ MML itself. So for a good breakfast, diner, après-ski fun, a dose of northern lights or midnight sun go get it there!

Everything was great

Large room with private bathroom. Access to a well-equipped guest kitchen. Possibility to store things in the fridge. Food and beverages are also available on-site, available on request for a fee. Very clean, tidy, and pleasant. The beds are very comfortable. Fantastic view of the fjord.
