Each review score is between 1-10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. You can review an Accommodation that you booked through our Platform if you stayed there or if you arrived at the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, please contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we would publish every review we receive, whether positive or negative. However, we won’t display any review that includes or refers to (among other things):

When you see multiple reviews, the most recent ones will be at the top, subject to a few other factors (what language a review is in, whether it’s just a rating or contains comments as well, etc.). If you like, you can sort and/or filter them (by time of year, review score, etc.).
We sometimes show external review scores from other well-known travel websites. We make it clear when we’ve done this.

GreeceThere was no option for shower and the toilet and the kitchen had only the basics. Nevertheless, the owner did his best to keep them clean and comfy. He also said that he plans to change these facilities.
Luxurious dome with a lot of comforts. The view is extraordinary and it is also ideal to watch aurora. The host had everything ready for us when we arrived and he was very helpful. The breakfast was perfect. Overall great value for money

United KingdomThe location is amazing to begin with, we could have been given a cardboard box to sleep on with that view and we’d have been happy! We weren’t, the dome is finished to an incredible standard every single thing in there is top quality and goes together with the beautiful view to make it an experience inside and outside. We didn’t see the northern lights when we stayed but we had a blizzard and being in the dome gave us a reverse snow globe effect which was super cool! The hosts were lovely people, very generous and helpful and we look forward to returning one day and seeing what else they’ve built on their land.

United KingdomThe only missing bits are supermarkets or restaurants in the area, external toilets (not the best during winter time)but they are working on that. Also during winter time, make sure your car has snow tyres because snow and ice can be intense there
Spectacular view from inside and outside the dome. Freddie and Marianne are the best forward thinking persons I've ever met, daily thinking on small little thoughtful things to be added to this place. Preheating the place and slippers are the right "wow effect" in the hospitality business.

ItalyAmazing place in the middle of the nature, absolute silence with a gorgeous view on the mountains and the fiord. The place is cozy and has all you could wish for a peaceful experience. Marianne and Freddie are super friendly and accommodating. They even start the fire for us on the second night in order for us to find the dom warm 😍. Absolutely recommended. ItalyWe stayed at the Lofoten Glampingdome for 4 nights and to describe in a few words the charm of the place and the kindness of the owners is not easy. The accommodation is of absolute comfort and the location allows one to enjoy breathtaking views that are hard to find elsewhere. Enjoying the view of the rising or setting sun in the comfort of your own room is unparalleled. The property is equipped with every comfort one could wish for and the kindness of the owners Freddie and Marianne was unique. It is difficult to find such beautiful places and such warm and welcoming owners. It was an experience that we will undoubtedly repeat!
