Entry to second floor is only via external weather exposed spiral stairs.

Can't rate the staff as the hotel does not have any, Only offering self checkin/checkout but we knew this and its unfortunately becoming more and more common.

We loved the location. The room was clean. Entry instructions were clear.

We booked two rooms and had to go through outside to go from one room to another. Only very minor inconvenience.

Hotel with no reception. Checkin was smooth, and the rooms were clean and comfortable. Excellent location for visiting Henningsvaer area :) and very good value for money.

Be aware this is a budget hotel. It’s not staffed. There is a kettle but no other cooking/eating equipment. In my opinion it has everything you need for an affordable stay in Henningsvaer and I wasn’t disappointed.

If you’re aware of what you’re getting, this is a great place to stay. Compare the prices with other accom and do what’s right for you. This is cheaper because it’s just over the bridge from Henningsvær but it’s a lovely 10 min (max) walk with beautiful views so not a problem for me. There is no reception - they will send you the code as soon as your room is ready. There is easy parking just out the front. The views from the hotel are beautiful- the sunsets incredible.

The room had a strange smell (maybe from the cleaning supplies), the room was very simple, there wasn't even a table or a mirror. No fridge either, which would be handy. The metal stairs are outside the building and they were a little inconvenient to use.

Location was good, a little outside the biggest crowds in Hennigsvaer but still close enough to walk. The view was pretty from the room. It was an easy walk to the town and we enjoyed walking back in the evening.

Somehow it was a bit troublesome to get a hold of them when we had an issue with a room we had. Calling them had to go through the company, and we had to wait 20 minutes before we could get a new room. Maybe we were just unlucky. Its very disconnected from the owners and we never met them, just got a code to open the room and leave. Not a big issue since it was solved and we got another room.

The location is beautiful, just 10 min from the center and a lot cheaper than other options. Its great if you want to hike a lot and have rented a car and want someplace easy and clean to stay.

The room had a weird smell I think the carpets could do with a good clean. I also felt that the shower was too big for the bathroom you were hitting it with your elbows using the toilet.

The walls were super thin you could hear people in the corridor etc. No air conditioning. Parking could have been marked by the room number, not sure if everyone who parked there was a guest of the hotel. Beds were in pretty bad state you could feel the bed springs.

Hotel was in very pretty place, very easy check-in/check-out. Room was clean and it had everything you needed for stay. Despite of everything I did enjoy my stay in there.

Just notes rather than dislike - No physical reception, seems to be the norm in lotsa lofoten accomodation. We didn’t meet any problems and the staff responded promptly through messages. The hotel is one bridge away from the Haenningsvar city itself so you will have to cross the Henningsvær bridge to get to all the attractions - be aware of that if you are taking public transport here. (We feel a bit safer walking back towards the hotel from Haenningsvar torq rather than the ensoya station as you will be walking on the “roadside” less).

The room was very clean and the beautiful view of the mountain was added bonus. Bathroom was super clean and warm (has “heated” floors and ample space for hanging stuff. Ventilation is good so you don’t have a steamy room after shower.Room insulation is good. 12pm check out time is later than a lot of hotels. Bed is not rigid but gives enough support for a comfy night. Very very clean and at a nice location. WIFI is good.

Great value for money. Amazing view. Clean room with minimum but all you need for a short stay.

Shower floor drain was working really slow, would have needed some floor towel. No soap in shower. Really small room, no tv,, no shelves / cabins.

No tea/coffee, automated check in instructions sent me to the wrong floor. Only one pillow per person. But these are minor complaints, experience really excellent for price.

Very very basic facilities. It would really be helpful if there was a small communal area with a microwave and a few kitchen utensils. It's just a building with rooms. No reception. No staff. It's about 15mins walk from the nearest shop. We came in hungry, had our own food but couldn't even warm it up. Small kettle and two small paper cups. I wouldn't call this a hotel ...

Ok for the price.
