Shower floor drain was working really slow, would have needed some floor towel. No soap in shower. Really small room, no tv,, no shelves / cabins.

No tea/coffee, automated check in instructions sent me to the wrong floor. Only one pillow per person. But these are minor complaints, experience really excellent for price.

Very very basic facilities. It would really be helpful if there was a small communal area with a microwave and a few kitchen utensils. It's just a building with rooms. No reception. No staff. It's about 15mins walk from the nearest shop. We came in hungry, had our own food but couldn't even warm it up. Small kettle and two small paper cups. I wouldn't call this a hotel ...

Both the toilet sink and the shower drain were clogged and the whol toilet floor (room 204) became a pool with a quick short shower time. This is something that needs to be addressed.

It’s warm, comfy with comfortable beds, felt like the bathroom floor was heated which was very pleasant and shower was perfect with very hot water, which I liked!

It is a good choice for a basic sleepover. The bed is comfortable. And the room is big enough and warm. The city is just over the bridge. But if you come without a car in winter, it can be very tricky and even dangerous as there is a strong wind blowing over the islands and sometimes there is lack of light, both natural and artificial. There is no reception so you need to make sure you’re online the day of your arrival to get the code and all the information needed to access the property.

The location is not directly in Henningsvær. However, it make you see the village with the view from the bridge. Also, there was no information of the process before the day you come, so it can be stressful.

It was a really easy self check-in. When your room is ready during the day, you receive a message with the code to your room. For the price, it is really worth it to go there.

Towels are too small No lift access to rooms on the second level which made carrying large and heavy travel bags difficult.

No TV in the room. The air recycling was loud and cold with no possibility to switch off or change the temperature. We tried to contact the owner via booking but with no reply. There is a telephone number for emergencies, but a whatsapp number would be easier and less expensive.

The room was essential, quite basic, old style furniture. A boiler for making a tea /coffee is available . For the price and the position it was great . The city center is at walkable distance
