I would expect that whenever I book a place to stay at least the basics would be in the apartment. There was no iron and hairdryer, I would definitely recommend to have these basics in the apartment :)

The apartment is in a very good location, near to metro, so it was easy to reach all Oslo parts when needed. The check-in was really pleasant and easy, the man was very helpful.

The bathroom could be cleaner.

It was well located, with affordable, simple accommodations especially for one person. Practical right by the main train station it was very convenient for all my needs and the staff were very helpful and friendly. Though the bathroom is down the hall, there weren’t a lot of people to compete with and the place also included a kitchen and laundry machines, plus lots of affordable restaurants nearby.

Small room: one double bed, one chair and one cainet. No airco, no tv, no table. Kitchen with free coffee machine.One shower cabine with washing and drying machine and toilette but often busy.

18:00 is much too late to wait to check in. Almost all places have check-in at 15:00. Had to spend extra money for a locker at the bus station so I wouldn’t have to lug a bag around all afternoon.

The shower was good and it was handy to be able to wash your laundry. Refrigerator was handy but it lacked a microwave oven. Local neighborhood was good.

The location of the house is nice, but the part where the house is located is not a safe area. We stayed as two women and we could never feel comfortable, security was zero. The doors could be opened easily. The host was friendly. It's a perfect place for the price. I just couldn't feel comfortable as a woman

the room was supposed to be 13m² but was 5 or 6 m² at best. it had no windows to the outside and was very small, making the air unbreathable. the bathroom was also uncomfortably hot due to all the washing machines running

I would have loved a mirror in the bedroom. There was one in the bathroom but since it was shared, it felt rude to be in there for ages getting ready.

It was a great location, especially if you’re travelling by train/bus as it’s just behind the stations! My room was a great size with plenty of space and a double bed for one person, and super cosy. The fairy lights from the street were lovely to look at too.

The rooms seemed bigger in the pictures and one of our rooms did not have a real window. It is a shared flat with differents rooms. Also, we did not have towels.

The staff was nice and when we called him he helped us so quickly. The location is great. And the price nice for being at the center of Oslo

One bathroom for 6 double rooms was not so great. We were full and there was a lot of waiting time to utilise the facility. The walls were paper-thin and all rooms enclose the kitchen and lounge so was continuously noisy. The lounge and kitchen combined would only accommodate 4 to 5 people so not suitable for 6 double rooms. The bed duvet would be considered a large single and definitely not suitable for a double bed Check-in was not before 6pm which was not ideal and possible unsuitable for many. Even though the host ask for our arrival time he kept us waiting, after having told him we would be the at 6pm sharp (there were 3 groups outside waiting to get into the building and it was -17!!!)

The place matched expectation - we got what we paid for in a city that is expensive to visit. Although the kitchen was small there was enough to cook with. The bathroom facilities were clean. The location was excellent as close to bus and train station and central to town. There was good heating in the room and it was warm and the facilities were clean.
