Near the park, you can spend your evening roaming near the park and the lake. You can also allowed to enter the park 1hr before the park opens for general public

We were not aware that the hotel was under major construction of additional hotel space and a new entrance being provided so the temporary entrance was a little tricky down a dirt track through the construction site. Parking although plenty spaces was a little isolated.

The room was a decent size and had both comfy bed and a sofa(bed) which was nice to have. Nice terrace overlooking the lake with seating. Dinner was from a small menu but the food was excellent. We had fish with creamed risotto, new potatoes and some sugar snaps. Breakfast had a seriously good selection of both hot and cold items. Staff were very friendly and accommodating. There is plenty to walk round and if you have kids they will absolutely love it.

It was noisy in the morning about 8am as the hotel is undergoing a major renovation. So hamerimg from the room next to us

Brakfast was ok, not that many options when it came to warm food and fruits. The restaurant only had a buffet, would have liked it more if there was something you could order so it wasn`t that expensive when you are travellling with kids. Not all the kids liked the food and was not many options for them

Breakfast not included and fairly expensive. But it was delicious with a good selection. + for having chocolate milk! The showers are small, just uses a glass door that makes it difficult to use the sink. And it don't stay tucked away. When showering the whole bathroom floor is wet. The toilets are really low to the floor. Probably to make it easier for kids. But it makes it awkward for everyone not 80cm tall.

Fun place for adults and kids alike! Great location with its own entrance to the zoo. Breakfast and dinner was delicious but expensive and not included. Great atmosphere and you can even buy tails of different animals so your kids (or adults) kan cosplay their favorite. Fridge in the room

The cleaning personnel barged inside while my wife was changing no less than 3 times in the morning! 3 different people; do they lack communication ability?

The room was too cold for our liking, we could not control the air condition in our room. Staff told us the air condition would turn off at 11 pm but it kept blowing during the night. The bed was slightly uncomfortable and along with the cold air blowing my body felt stiff in the morning

I like the animal themes in the room and the location, close to the zoo. The room was quiet and clean.

Clean and nice decorated room in Africa style. We had a view on fhe entrance of the zoo. With ostriches and greater elands, very lovely. Friendly and helpful staff.

There are a lot of people in the restaurant and it is not always possible to eat when you want. I had to wait. One evening the staff sent us to eat at another restaurant in another hotel about 8-10 minutes walk.

The facilities are well used and deserve a makeover. Cleaning of the room was ok at best eg one of the coffee cups in our room was still full of coffee. Breakfast is an ok buffet with limited and cheap bread options though good for small kids. The rooms are small so if you use the sleeping sofa there is basically no floor space and the room also has no cabinets or hangers for clothes

Great location for the park and especially nice if you have a balcony with a view towards the lake and pirate show. Kid friendly and helpful staff.

Pillows were too low, the shower left water all over the floor. We would have liked one bed as opposed to two singles pushed together but no secured.

The hotel is located next to the Dyreparken zoo and amusement park. Hotel room was clen, bed quite comfortable. Staff was nice and helpful. Hotel has elevator. Parking at the lot was free of charge - for foreign plate number cars. The breakfast was very very good.

The Room was not the best, and the back entry to Dyreparken was not open on Saturday and we had to stand in the long queue at the main entrance.

Even though little cards with breakfast time were distributed, there was still a queue to the breakfast. There are too many guests for so little breakfast room. Run out of fresh water and cutlery, refilling waiting time was propostrous.
