Just some confusion about how to get there if you didn’t have a car. A blind on the glass on the door would make it a little darker in mid-summer!

The checkin was poor. No one there and no sign in sheet. I needed to call twice - which I had minimal minutes on my phone plan. There was no soap in the bathroom and the hairdryer was broken.

It was a bit far out of town but a lovely setting so worth the walk.

We had to switch sheets from secondary to master bedroom. Hot water in master bedroom sink did not work. Little or no outdoor furniture on decks.

Gorgeous countryside. A long walk from the ferry but worth it. Would be great for up to 12 people. We were only 5.

We had to walk 17 minutes from the station to the property! One part of the road doesn’t even have side walk.

The room has everything you need to cook, they even have a toaster !

We were three people but there were only two sets of sheets. The reception was closed so we couldn’t ask for more sheets.

The reception area was not open when we arrived even though it was during their open hours. They were not quick to respond to messages. It was a difficult walk from the train station to the property and $50 taxi ride to go less than 1 mile.

The setting was beautiful, modern bathroom, good water pressure, very clean, comfortable beds.

Far to walk from train station (>1km) lugging luggage along the road. No body soap provided in toilet. Had to climb ladder with no railing to access beds in attic, so not for those with fear of heights.

Excellent location with scenery. The Apartment was clean, with a comfortable bed, sofa bed, very good toilet. Cooking area was equipped with a cooker, kettle, Refrigerator & utensils enough for basic cooking and tea, and coffee.

The walk in the rain with luggage!

Charming location, 10 minutes walk from Flåm village. Comfortable and clean self-contained accommodation with lovely views of the mountains and valley.

The loft sleeping area. Very difficult to go up and down ladder to use the bathroom at night.

Communication was terrible. I got a message telling me to check in at reception between 3 and 8 so we made sure to get there around 6. No-one was there. There were instructions that we were in the Foss House and a picture of it, but it was not visible from the reception and there were no signs to it. When we finally saw it in the distance the view was from the other side from the photo so we weren’t sure. But eventually we got in. We wanted to know if we could leave our bags in the foyer when we went for a hike the next morning but no-one answered my Whatsap (although they said the number would work for Whatsap). Finally after 10 the next day I reached someone by phone who could not give me an answer and told me her colleague would be at reception in 10 minutes. This was not true. We didn’t want to keep waiting so we just left our bags on the porch during our hike. Another issue is that it’s about a 25 minute walk to town and food.

Nice large house, quiet and comfortable. Plenty of space, but basically nothing for preparing food.

Unable to charge my phone as our international charger did not fit in the sockets. The maintenance man, loaned us a phone charger for the stay which was perfect.

No bath mat. No freezer compartment in the fridge. Early check out at 10 am.

Peaceful with outdoor space. Had a sofa bed. Wasn't in a busy part of Flåm.

We had a 2 bedroom apartment. While basic, it had everything we needed. Views across the field to the mountains were lovely. Dinner options in Flåm are limited and expensive, so great to be able to cook instead. Good shower and comfortable bed. Free car parking and an easy 15 minute walk into Flåm.

Beautiful little apartment with a patio and excellent kitchen facilities. Staff were vey helpful and check in/out was very easy.
