a railing pole wouldve been nice so I could hang up some of my clothes since I was there a week. the room next door was a bit "noisy" at night but that wasn't the hotels fault!

The nighttime receptionist made me feel so welcome and made my stay as a solo traveler very comfortable. the kitchen was always clean and there is free tea and coffee at anytime. the room was as expected and did the job for what I needed. I was very happy to stay for a week

The Wi-Fi was spotty and kept cutting off in the studio apartment. The tv was old and would not accept their cable or Netflix. Low ceilings

The common room in the main building is nice. The free coffee in the morning was good. They had make yourself Norwegian waffles with brown cheese starting at 5pm. Very tasty! The receptionists were very friendly and helpful.

The staff were so accommodating. After my checkout, they allowed me to stay in the lounge for few hours while waiting for my next trip. Really recordable stay.

Didn't get the room with double bed, like I asked, but other than that, everything was fine. Location wasn't very good. They said ,the reception there was open til 23.00, we arrived around 22, nobody were there,had to walk two streets down.

Some time there’s very foul smell in my toilet. Not sure is from the ventilator or drainage. Wifi wasn’t strong in my room, hardly get the signals, couldn’t make a smooth video call. Might be dangerous to go up/down the steep slope during winter when floor gets icy.

The kitchen was well equipped with 2 separate hobs for 2 person to cook at same time. A staff, Katie (not sure the spelling), was very friendly and energetic, giving a very nice vibe for the hotel. They change towels everyday, can put the “Do not enter” sign if you don’t need daily change & cleaning.

Good location and I lived that there was always coffee, tea and biscuits available in the common room. Very useful to have a kitchen and fridge to prepare your own food as restaurants are very expensive in Norway.

We had a problem in our room, but it was handled very professionally and we were immediately transfered to a different room, great customer care! Free coffee, tea, cookies. Great location, easy to reach by bus from airport.

The rooms seem smaller than advertised

Studio wasn't greatly clean - the sofa was dirty. It was also a bit cold. The wifi didn't work at all. Studio lacked in things, pots weren't washed. The hotel comes with stairs - first to get to the reception, and then to get to the room. Not a flaw - just beward if you have a heavy bag or mobility issues.

We stayed two nights - one in a studio and one in a hotel room. The hotel room was great, quiet, clean and warm. There was a fridge and a shared kitchen with everything we needed and more. Coffee, cookies and candy are available for guests and fantastic staff. Studio was quiet, and it was very easy access - with entry on the street level.
