The whole island ran out of electricity in the morning so we had to delay our departure and unfortunately they couldn’t let us check out later

Authentic fisherman’s hut! Not glamorous but such a great opportunity to live in an old fashioned hut. There was plenty of hot water and heat so it was comfortable.

Wasn't as quiet as we excpected because of a seagull colony on the building next door but nothing you can do about that.

We were looking forward to staying in this fisherman's cottage and we were very happy with our choice. Very comfy beds, well equipped kitchen and nice deck to have dinner outside.

Staff was not easy to get jn contact with. We wanted to use the laundry facilities and I messaged the staff, the responded fairly quickly. However, when I went to get laundry tokens and use the washer and dryer, nobody was in the office and they no longer answered my messages.

Excellent location, beautiful surroundings, very comfortable and charming cabin.

One suggestion: it would be better if the removal of bed linens was included in the price, rather than having to do it ourselves.

Staying at Å-Hamna Rorbuer was a wonderful experience. The house is a charming, traditional fisherman’s cabin, well-maintained and spacious, with breathtaking views of the sea. The village and surrounding area are simply spectacular, making it an unforgettable place to stay.

Taking into account the price of the stay, it’s odd that guests are required to put on the bedsheets themselves and take them off

Cozy cabin, ideal to experience staying at a Rorbuer in Lofoten. Area was very calm. Cabins are equipped with everything you need to make your stay super comfortable.

We had a short stay, arrived late at night and left early in the morning. We did not encounter any expressed negatives.

Beautiful location, spacious fishermen's cottage with modern, fully equipped kitchen and 2 bathrooms. Beautiful view from the living room. Very friendly and supportive owner. Towels, bed sheets, and final cleaning were included - it is not so common in Norway.

Bed sheets didn’t fit the duvets and pillows. Not a big deal but I just don’t understand why not use bed sheets that fits the measurements of it.

Loved the location. We had the most amazing morning with full sun over the sea. We only stayed one night and everything was great.

Bathroom was on the smallish side. Windows were a bit dirty.

Beautiful setting in the lovely little village of Å. The cottage had a really nice view, with big, panoramic windows overlooking the sea. Seagulls were the only noise. Two bedrooms for privacy, sizeable living room with comfortable couch and armchairs. The kitchen was fully equipped, although there was no dishwasher. Price was reasonable, given the location.

To access our cabin, my sister and I had to scramble over a large boulder. We couldn’t take our suitcases so just brought what we needed for one night. We managed but this should have been noted on reservation.

Parking space is limited, one of the bedroom door is broken. Entrance's walkway is a bit tricky and slippery to walk with luggage.

Nice seaview from cabin. Clean and cozy. Heater was all functioning well. Kitchenware are well provided.
