The extra bed that was supposed to make the room a twin bed one, was quite small and flimsy. Was ok for the few nights we stayed, but if booking for longer stays or if you have a sensitive back would avoid. The breakfast was on the lighter side, with not many options - bread

The hostess and her husband were super nice and friendly. They provided us with extra set of keys upon request. The place had homely feeling and was really close to the RAI conference centre. Even the city centre was not too far away. The room even had a nice balcony.

Staying in this room was exceptional, as it was comfortable and fully equipped even with a big fridge. The owner was incredibly friendly and accommodating, always available for any needs or questions, which truly enhanced the positive atmosphere. Together with the owner's hospitality, this experience exceeded all expectations; I will return here on my next visit.

Very nice room with balcony but a roof on the balcony would be nice with the weather.

Our host are great. Very good breakfast to our choice. Nice quiet area and very nice house with large patio. Private parking on the spot. I highly recommand this place.

The 'Private Bathroom' although it was private, was actually across the landing it would have been better had it been in the room, it didn't really feel private.

We had a large room with a 'Private Bathroom' a Balcony and a fridge in the room, plenty of sockets and very good wifi. The owners and staff were very friendly. Philip was very helpful and had lots of good advice for getting around, even gave us a lift to the market one day. Breakfast was very good and typically continental, which made a welcome change, eggs cooked to order and preference.

Stairs had narrow and steep steps. But I could manage easily. However customers with arthritis may find difficult.

Personal attention by the owner of property for making breakfast as per customer's liking. Room was very clean and spacious with additional office room for desk work. Location was at prime place

Philip was a great host who had excellent recommendations. We enjoyed the neighborhood -- residential with lots of shops and restaurants, and within walking distance of museums and other destinations. Public transportation options were excellent.

There was nothing I didn't Iike, but it really is a lived in home - not some Instagram perfect place. Just so you are aware.

Very convenient location for RAI. Charming and engaging hosts. This is a proper B&B, where the owners properly live there. Room was big and comfortable.

Some may find the night too loud as we were under the roof directly at the street side, some may find the pillow not that confortable.

Xaviera and her husband are very friendly and welcomed us warmly although we arrived late due to train delay. The breakfast is really nice, the house is in a nice location away from tourist spots. We had a small fridge and coffee/ tea in the room. The bed is huge. We could enjoy our own bathroom.

Xaviera and Phillip are super friendly and accommodating. The room was large and nice, the location is superb, close to the RAI congress center and 20 min walk from the center of Amsterdam. Tram and bus stops very close to property. Very quiet area. Breakfast was great, good food and very nice company.

I arrived to a very warm reception, the hosts were lovely and very informative. I had limited time to investigate Amsterdam however the hosts gave excellent information about local attractions, and I felt confident to undertake to city life for the 2 days I was there, subsequently I had the best time in Amsterdam and will always look upon my stay with absolute joy. The bathrooms are tiny, but I'm not so big myself. I couldn't bend down to the sink in the shower room because a shelf was in the way and I hit my head. The mirror was up too high for me to see. Also, the stairs had a tricky curve and were very dark, but there was a good handrail.

Breakfast was always ready when we came down and one of the hosts would be there to talk with us and offer travel advice. even a ride if necessary. The balcony patio would have been very nice if the weather had been better.
