The pool should be outdoors.

Very comfortable and large hotel in the outskirts of Hoorn. Large room and great beds. The breakfast was delicious and lots of space in the morning restaurant. We could jog on paths just outside of the hotel.

There was no internet coverage in the room. I had to go go out on the hallway to get internet.

I had a very plenty stay and would definitely go back again, or go to another hotel in the group. There really wasn't anything I didn't like about it.

Very spacious and comfortable room with lovely outlook. Fabulous choice at breakfast and very helpful staff at reception. Great easy location to find and free parking. Lovely little landscaped park directly accessed from hotel so I could easily walk my dog in the morning in a lovely location. Inside the public spaces and rstaurant the decor was very nice too.

No major complaints, only thing i can think of is that the shower/bathroom is a wet room and floods really easily. I had to pay towels down when having a shower to stop the whole room filling with water.

Nice modern hotel, with nice decor and lovely staff. Was my second time staying here and would definitely recommend to friends and family! Food is on the pricer side but you get what you pay for! Bar area is very cosy and nice and drinks are average price

The hotel was warm and welcoming and the team there was so friendly and nice. The rooms were brilliant and had both a rain shower and spacious bath tub. I enjoyed the fact they had a nespresso machine in the room with a choice of different pods. The restaurant had amazing food and great value for money. On the 14th floor was a pool , sauna and jacuzzi. What was also brilliant on the 1st floor was a full size Vue cinema showing the latest blockbuster movies. All of this in one hotel is why I will be returning and recommending this.

Although the bed was clean they have a fleece throw blanket on the bed which is not. The shower drainage was clogged which flooded the bathroom and made my shower very short.

although bathroom offered both bathing and shower option, and was very tidy, the modern flatbed shower drain was not working as could be expected, turning the bathroom into a swimming pool as an unpleasant morning surprise ; aesthetically nice solutions also require checking for proper functioning ... my scoring would have been higher if this event had not required me to ruin all towels that were at hand to stop the water spreading all over the bathroom floor ...

friendly professional staff, nice cosy silent room, full bath & shower option, restaurant has good and quick service, prices are democratic, breakfast very copious but also very expensive, maybe make distinction between 'basic quick breakfast' and 'take all the time you need to enjoy everything on offer' (often not suitable for business people having appointments in the area)

My only problem was that when i booked on the Booking.com site it included breakfast. It wasn't on the Hotel reservation.

You are spoiled for choice. This breakfast does not disappoint. Dinner as always was of a great quality.

The room did not heat up well. Given we stayed 5 nights, i would have preferred a park view room instead of high way. A detail i would expect the hotel to consider

We had an international train to catch. I requested a van taxi in advance (before arrival) as we were 4 people with baggage. I reconfirmed upon arrival and in the evening. Surely, we got a regular taxi, not the one we requested. We almost missed our train.

The desktop staff, being friendly, very flexible, very fast in answering and solving my speciall inquiries - I ordered a table for dinner with business partners 3 days before arriving, I had a plane problem and arrived one day late, informed about that and did not lose my reservation.

The parking was great. The entrance was great. The reception was fast and superb. The restaurant was high quality and fab service. The elevators great. The room was Phenomenal. Breakfast WOW. Great experience for a very reasonable cost. I will stay here again. In fact I will bring my family for a weekend in HOORN just because this hotel is so good.

Absolutely nothing.

The room was great: Very comfortable beds with a nice desk to work at. The bathroom was also very nice with a very roomy shower. The food was great: both the breakfast and the live cooking dinner had a massive selection of great quality food. The staff were friendly and extremely helpful and went above and beyond the call of duty. Overall a wonderful stay!
