The soundproofing. It was too noisy and I could hear every movement in the rooms above and next to me. The sounds from the corridor were very loud too. The bathroom is a bit too small and there is not enough space to keep your toiletries, a shelf would have been nice instead of just the tiny sink.

The location is great if you want something that is not filled with tourists. The breakfast is good and more than enough for 1 person. Most places are a 10 to 15-minute walk and there is a park close by too. The tram stop is right across from the hotel and it's very well connected.

The room is very small if you are traveling with a big or medium size luggage it is difficult to fit

Great staff, location and coffee. The room was 100% as described and the team made all the efforts to ensure clarity on what I had booked (was in the basement room). I feel with some better choices on lighting the rooms could feel better, but overall it did the job as I wasn’t in the room all that much this stay. If I had been spending more time there I would have looked for a different room option.

The location of the basement rooms did mean that there was a patio where people could sit right next to your window so we kept the blinds shut, but not a huge deal.

The location is fantastic, close enough to the city centre to walk but without the business of it. The staff were exceptional and were friendly and kind and made the stay wonderful. The room was small, but suited us fine for a city break where you spend most of your time out and about. the room was comfortable and clean.

Our room, the basement room, got really hot if we ever turned the fan off, and was quite hot even with it running. After a shower the entire room would be quite damp as well, which was unpleasant.

The staff are wonderful and welcoming. Our room was nice, although small. The hotel is super close to multiple tram stops.

The property was good. It provided all the basics. The staff are excellent, friendly and helpful. The breakfast was excellent too, lots of variety and very generous.

There is no coffee maker or kettle inside the standard room. You can only get them if you booked the Loft.

We are from Malaysia. The hotel Location is very strategic. Very convenient to walk to the nearest tram station, which is right infront of hotel. You can roam around the city just by trams. For metro (train) you will have to walk about 10mins to reach the station. Very close by to the canal & have a nice city view. If you dont want to take the breakfast package, you can always find the nearest coffee shop infront of the hotel, literally everywhere. Very nearby to Halal restaurants as well. The staff who greet us was very friendly. He let us keep our baggage first, before we can checked in, as we arrived very early in the morning. We booked 1 loft and 1 standard room. We loved the loft the most, which has complete house stuffs like kitchenette and microwave. Overall it was a pleasant stay.

There is no microwave available. Basement room is VERY basic although they did warn you. Shower does not have a door.

Great location - close to transportation and food. Friendly staff. Modern look and feel to the lobby and lounge area. Price was cheaper than other hotels in Amsterdam.

It was a bit noisy in the mornings with cleaning staff.

Excellent location with Tram located directly outside the hotel. Metro line is located just a short distance from the hotel and easy to get to from the airport.
