Noise. The hotel is situated in a busy street and our room was above a bike storage facility. Being a holiday weekend there was quite a bit of noise into the early hours and then I was woken up by the bin lorry collecting glass bottles at 6am. My husband slept through it all though!! The earplugs were a nice touch.

Central location, the hotel is just around the corner from the main street with restaurants. Friendly staff, good spacious size room with seating area.

Great set up. Stylish and comfortable room - with big sofa bed for our child. Friendly and helpful staff and easy communication before and during our stay. The hotel is very central so there is some street noise (earplugs are helpfully provided) - this was fine for us mid week but something to bear in mind if you stay (closer to) the weekend.

The security services that are supposed to facilitate a late check in did not do their job and I waited outside for 40 minutes. The hotel and staff were truly lovely, but this cannot happen.

Accessing the hotel was difficult. Parking is off site and dragging luggage down cobbled streets is difficult.

The shower offered no privacy, while this was not a problem for me as I was traveling alone, but this may not be a good option for families or business travelers traveling together. Wifi was unsecured.

Clean, very comfortable, great location, good price. Very convenient to central 's-Hertogenbosch and an easy walk to the train station, would stay again if I'm in the area

I like the hotel , but am sorry guys I need to tell it like it is : The Shower is great , but the Rain shower head needs to be change in Room 16 because the water goes everywhere and is not a good idea that I need to dry everything up because of water all over. At some point a friend of mine pointed out to me that there was water walking down from the wall on window sides and it was all over the place and we notice it was wet and it seems to be condensed because the room gets warm. And make sure that the shower gel and body lotions in the room are full or change for the next guest because they where not full at all. The power outlets should be a bit more visible for people to find.

Well for me the location is great from The Duke , in the middle of everything , shops and restaurants and bars around the corner so that super.

We had a sublime night in the Duke. The location is in the middle of the city near all kind of nice restaurants and bars. You would assume to hear some of the night noise on the streets, but because of the double set of windows, you don't hear anything. We slept very well and enjoyed the breakfast near the window with a view to St Jan church.
