Each review score is between 1-10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. We are currently testing a weighted review system in Malta and Iceland (excluding hotel and vacation rental chains). We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.

The hotel is in an exceptional location in the old part of the city and right across the square from the Food Halle (which you must try). The rooms are beautifully and uniquely furnished. The bar in the lobby was excellent and they made me a perfect cafe latte early every morning before anything else was open. But the real highlight of this hotel was the staff, who were incredibly helpful in researching sights, advising on public transport routes and then asking me how it all worked out. Thank you to all of you. You really made my holiday !

United KingdomNothing we did not like, but it was raining when we got there, so we asked where we could get an umbrella from. This sent us on a brolly hunt when, in fact, the hotel has complimentary umbrellas you can use. Why not just tell us!
Hotel is very near the tram stops. Nice and central but very quiet. Room are beautiful and the bed is so comfortable. Hotel staff are friendly and the breakfast is very good quality. We would stay there again and recommend it to friends.
