Aircon in the bedroom, it was a bit hot and stuffy in the room. We had the window open but there was no security bars so it felt a bit risky.

The breakfast selection was more modest compared to other hotels, but there were still options available. The internet connection was a disaster. As someone working in IT, I tried connecting with an Android phone and laptops with Windows and Linux OS, but was unsuccessful every time. The hotel could simplify the WiFi access, not through their own network. Also, access to the parking lot without the need for ringing a bell would be more convenient.

The hotel was located close to the beach and the sea, just a short 5-minute walk away, and about 5 minutes by car to the center of The Hague. The room was nicely furnished and clean. The price was definitely reasonable for this accommodation. The staff were friendly, presumably students. If I travel to The Hague again, I will definitely choose this hotel.

Hotel is not close to centre and its direct environment is not very attractive. However, it is very close (couple of minutes on foot) to the beach. Also, lovely neighbour restaurants are nearby (e.g. Cafe Constant and fine dining restaurant Le Début, run by the students (important to book), both within 15-mins walk).

It's a hotel that is part of a university, educating future managers in the hospitality industry. Students are carrying out all guest-facing jobs. Nice to see such a wide range of ambitious young people. Modern building, in itself not so interesting, but it provides very decent hotel accommodation.

Bicycles in front of the hotel and we almost got hit by a student cycling on the pavement to park her bicycle in the parking area.

Students of Roc are in charge. Great for learning.

The breakfast couldve been better. Boiling your own egg? they couldve had scrambled or fried eggs, maybe some more hot items as well. It also said there is a gym but there wasnt one?

I liked the decor and cleanliness, the room was really nice and the bathroom! The staff were friendly as well which made it feel welcoming.

A bath and a few more facilities would be nice, but since it is a teaching hotel... it is fine the way it is I suppose. The beach is very close and there is plenty to do just a stone throw away. Since it is a teaching hotel with limited facilities I would reduce the price slightly. They could really do with a little bit more of an elaborate breakfast, by adding some common hotel breakfast items like scrambled eggs, fried bacon etc. It was a bit 'basic', but overall it was satisfactory for me personally.

The student staff really seems to try their best and because they are at the start of a carrier path they chose, most seem to have passion and joy you frequently miss in most hotels nowadays. It was quite refreshing actually. There was even a friendly handwritten note from houskeeeping. Location is good to, but the best feature is the fresh and friendly staff. :-)

The WiFi and internal telephone did not work the first evening.

hotel is a sort of practice facility for students that are study hotel craft. which is ok for me but make stay sort of weird. Breakfast is far from great

Breakfast was a bit limited and would have been nice if it finished a bit later. Being picky, I like to have hooks on the back of the bathroom door and there wasn’t hanging room for longer items of clothing.
